Wonderful place, friendly neighbors. My only issues were that there was no drying rack, oven mitts and the complimentary boogie board and noodles were broken and unusable.

The location was convenient to Rincon and nearby beaches/restaurants. The view and sunsets were amazing. The pool was nice but it was sad that the beach got washed away from a previous hurricane.

The place was very clean amd the view from the balcony is incredible. The pool and proximiry to the beach is great. A few simples thing to add would be a small cooler for the beach amd some ice trays for when tou do want to sit at pool or beach Not a big deal, just keep in mind b4 you get there.

We stayed here for a few nights during a trip to Rincon. It was wonderful. The view from the balcony was amazing. We saw dolphins and beautiful sunsets. The beach next to the building was very nice and easily accessible. The unit itself was very nice; we appreciated having beach towels to use and found the space just right for the two of us. We hope to stay there again soon!

I was delighted with the beautiful ocean view 💙. The apartment has also view to the pool and beach area. Extremely peaceful environment, it was a marvelous stay. I looking to be out of all city loud noises and I found the perfect place.

Ocean Front view was the only thing good. The bed was horrible. Could not sleep well because mattress are wormed out. Just a box spring and flimsy mattress. The sofa is worned out. Looks bad. The shower head is horrible. The pool needs refurbishment. No pool chairs. They had a pile of broken chairs. No Pool towels.

I LOVED this property & that it was gated w/private parking!! The view, the entire condo, it’s amenities & very nice/friendly neighbors; the pelicans were an awesome sight. My husband & I really enjoyed that, the pools, the beach. It was heaven in earth!! I loved that there was hot water our entire stay. Felt so at home w/the kitchen. Can use more nautical decor. It was barren but, the view from the terrace made up for it. It can also use some beach towels, that wud be a nice plus!! The bath towels were very nice quality/bed, very comfortable. Little toilet paper but, we used both & only 1 of our own. We never got the TV to connect to Wi-Fi, it wud have been nice to watch the local news although, we did see some YouTube programs. We were out most of the time enjoying! I’d LOVE to come back. I can see myself literally living here. My husband felt the same way. Very comfortable for two!! In all, a great, peaceful place. I really appreciated the quiet & the roosters in the morning, birds singing. It was heaven on earth. We’re ocean lovers!! Thank you so much!!

Liked: Spacious, clean, nice balcony, Ocean view, nice pool, swift elevator, nice kitchen appliances. Owners and property managers were very nice and responsive to questions. Inadequate: NO HOT OR WARM WATER in shower during the entire stay as a single in-line heating unit is shared between two condo units (according to the property manager on site.) Nice new oven with NO cookie sheet or bakeware to use in the oven. Limited supply of pots, pans or lids for stove top. Only one trash bag and one roll of toilet paper provided for a 4 day stay so we had to purchase our own. We were instructed to wash, dry and put away dishes, but there was no dish drainer. Therefore, we had to use the ONE dish towel provided to drain the dishes and had to purchase paper towels to dry the dishes. There were only 4 lounge chairs at the pool and all of them were torn and unusable.

The view is very nice, the only complaint is that there are a few things to fix in the apt. Tables beside beds were very loose (I was afraid to use them), also the dining chairs were loose (also afraid to sit on them). But like I said before, very nice balcony and view. We were 3 (my dauther and boyfriend and I) but there were just 2 chairs in the balcony ...

Check in process is not clear at all. The key for the beach was not the right one. There were no beach towels, hand towels and no bathroom mirror. Che k out instructions are a bit much. They ask you to strip the beds, empty the garbage and wash the dishes. What is the point of that if we are paying a cleaning fee. That shouldn’t be asked of us to do. Despite these small things that can be changed we had a good time and over all the place is nice.

Good clean beds, beautiful view, fairly spacious. Kickin’ a/c which is key! Kitchen minimally equipped. Kitchen plumbing very loud. Nice quality white towels. Bathroom needs a little work. Pool area is clean. The place Worked fine for us, but isn’t new or fancy. Has an iron and ironing board which is nice. A big flat screen tv which is good if you come to PR to watch tv (we did not). Nice to have washer and dryer in building but you’ll need a ton of quarters and the dryers either don’t completely dry the clothes or they all but burn them, cuidado!
