The apartment was very cozy and clean. We were three adults and there was enough space for us to fit comfortably (one bedroom and a separate single bed in the living room).
We enjoyed the two balconies very much, especially the big one where we could sit down and eat together with such a beautiful view. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook your meals there. The restaurant downstairs was a great advantage for us and also the fact that the beach is right in front.
Keep in mind that you are far away (at least by foot) from any other restaurants, cafes and shops, so I would say this place is perfect to just relax on the beach and enjoy your days slowly.
A minor disappointment was the overall outside condition of the building. It looks a bit rusty and not well taken care of. However, we do realize that it is a responsibility of all owners in the condominium and therefore it doesn't affect our rating of the apartment itself. Besides - you only notice it when you are walking towards the building itself.
Another disadvantage worth mentioning is the fact that there is no supermarket close by. We had obviously brought everything we needed with us upon arrival in terms of food. However, we did need to restock some water bottles and in this case, you need to drive a few kilometers to the nearest supermarket.

Апартаментът беше чист, подреден. В един от дните собственикът подмени хладилника, но не ни притесни. Имотът е на тихо място, по далеч от шума на съседния Офринио. В съседство имаше ресторант, в който вечеряхме всека вечер.
Плажът непосредствено пред апартаментът е с камъни, малко неудобство, но затова предполагам и беше по-тихо и спокойно. На един километър беше плажът на Кариани с бар и шезлонги, но и там в морето първият метър два беше с камъни. :)

The apartment was clean, very well equiped with everything for a pleasant stay and very close to the beach. Vlad was always available for questions and help.
The noise from the restaurant downstairs and the noisy neighbours. They do not obey the rest rules from 2 pm to 5 pm and from 10 pm to 9 am. If you go there for a party, it's more than fine, but with two small kids we just want to relax.
