Wunderbare Lage fast im Herzen der Altstadt von Conil, aber dennoch ruhig und zentral zu Cafés und Restaurants .Zum Strand etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß durch die Altstadt.Das Haus ist klein und sehr gut durchdacht, es ist alles da, was man braucht.Es gibt viele Treppen im Haus,das hat uns nicht gestört, weil es auch typisch für diese Stadthäuser ist , aber etwas fitter sollte man schon sein.
...nur die launische Spiegellampe im Erdgeschoss hat uns Schwierigkeiten bereitet...aber das tat dem guten Gesamteindruck keinen Abbruchunternehmen

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön.
Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut und unkompliziert. Bei Problemen wurde einem zeitnah geholfen.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist direkt in der Stadt und in 10 Minuten am Strand.
Die Nachbarschaft ist etwas lauter und bis spät in der Nacht aktiv. Das ist aber vermutlich typisch Spanisch.
Die Duscharmaturen müssten dringend erneuert werden.

La localización está cerca del centro
Los espacios de estar son muy reducidos ,hay que estar subiendo y bajando la escalera continuamente,a los pies de la cama han puesto en pared una tele y el espacio de paso es tan justo que te tropiezas como no tengas mucho cuidado
