Nestled in Brewster, this charming house for $557 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This meticulously maintained Cape is a single family home that contains 1,764 sq ft and was built in 2004. This home contains 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with central air conditioning on a large private lot. It is conveniently located to restaurants, stores, minutes to the beaches, also nearby walking and bike trails, yet minutes to the highway too. First floor has an open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout. Kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, bar seating and also a separate dining room. The first floor bedroom has a queen size bed with a large closet. The first floor bathroom has a tub/shower unit and includes first floor stackable washer/dryer. ***2nd floor will have hardwood floors installed throughout for the 2024 rental season ** The second floor has 2 large bedrooms, the first very large bedroom has a king size bed and a sleeper couch with a pullout queen sized memory foam mattress, a sitting area and large closet. The 2nd bedroom upstairs is the very large master suite with a king size bed, a sitting area and an attached large master bathroom that includes a pedistal sink, a shower unit and a large (seats 2 people) air jetted soaking tub. Large deck attached off the dining room to enjoy some peaceful nights outside with plenty of seating and a grill! There is also an attached 2 car garage with beach chairs and some fun yard games for your enjoyment during your stay. This property also has a very nice 4 stall and 2 stall horse barns on the property! **NO PETS ALLOWED IN THIS RENTAL. Please look at another listing if you have a pet. And please no smoking (home owner is allergic!) **Although it is hard to tell there have been any animals living here, I do want to let pet allergic renters know in the off season there is a dog that lives in this house.

We had a stay for a week in this wonderful home. The house is spacious, well maintained, and very clean. The location was great, centrally located, and close to Chatham and beaches we enjoy visiting. The house had beach chairs and towels which we didn't have to bring from home. We loved the backyard and deck, and visited with the beautiful horses everyday. The host was amazing, answered all of our questions, and left us wonderful treats when we arrived. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants to enjoy the Cape.

Nice sized rooms! Very clean. Good location. Does smell of dog though, especially in primary bedroom. A/c great in primary but no so much in second bedroom upstairs. Appreciated beach chairs and towels and proximity to stores and many towns and beaches.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, well-stocked house. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to off of 6. We loved watching the horses! The owner was so responsive to texts and helped us with an issue immediately. We plan to come back next year! We definitely recommend!

Had a lovely stay for a week in this beautiful and spacious home. The location was around the corner from grocery and other conveniences. The backyard and deck were great. It was a quick drive to Chatham, which we enjoyed visiting. We only had a family of four, but the large rooms could accomodate many more. The owner was very responsive. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants to enjoy the Cape.

Overall impression was positive. The owner was very responsive to questions. Large bedrooms and three full baths were appreciated. The master bedroom did smell like dogs spent a lot of time in the room. The kitchen was very well equipped. I liked seeing the horses from the house.

We were so excited to stray in Jens home because it was so well appointed that we wanted for nothing!!! Every single kitchen appliance you could imagine huge rooms and it was spotless Oh....and waking to the horses grazing in the paddocks and fields was simply special. We have stayed at many houses and have never been so impressed as we were with this home....easy access to food shopping and every surrounding town!! Can't wait to go back!!

We had a great time at this property. The location was great as you could access the entire Cape easily. It was great that CVS was 1 minute drive away along with the Supermarket 3-4 minutes away. In addition there were plenty of prepared food options ( Chinese, Pizza, Subway, Dunkin, 400 East among others). Overall the property was clean and stacked with everything to make you feel at home. Oh how could we forget to mention the large enclosed deck that was very quiet and allowed you to watch the horses along with all the birds that came to the bird feeders. That was probably our favorite thing to do to start the day off right. Definitely a place to stay and the description of property is accurate.

We are familiar with the area so had no problem finding our way around, and location is great...fairly close to Orleans, Brewster, even Chatham, and of course Harwich (ferry to islands out of Harwichport not far). Close to "essential services" (food, pharmacy, package store, post office) yet in a tucked away spot off the beaten path. House is spacious 3-br, great deck and garage where we stored and serviced our bicycle fleet. Not on bike trail but we drove our bikes to several parking areas on the CCRT close by. Overall highly recommended.

The property was beautiful, quiet, and located perfectly to explore all that the Cape has to offer. Jennifer was very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. Watching the horses in the stable and hummingbirds in the feeder was a treat! Our only minor concern was that we could tell that pets lived in the house during the off season (which is indicated in the description). We really enjoyed our stay!
