Nestled in Brewster, this charming house for $595 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Our house has undergone a complete renovation with all new updates. The house has a complete master suite on the first floor including a laundry room. The newly expanded kitchen and dining area allows for big family gatherings. We've added a second floor which has 2 bedrooms, a large sitting area with a 60" Samsung 4K TV and a full bath with a tub/shower. Our bonus 4th room (no door) over the garage can sleep 4 and is great place for all the kids to stay. (Additional charges apply per person after 6th renter). The central air and the hot and cold outdoor shower are a great bonus to this beautiful and welcoming home for your vacation. Come and relax among the pine trees on our quiet 1/2 acre corner property or take a 5 minute walk to Jacknife Beach from this charming, clean, and well-kept home. Conveniently located to many of the best Chatham beaches as well as the pounding surf of the Atlantic. Come relax on the deck after a day in the sun and surf! We spent the past week at Ron and Anne's home and it was the perfect setting for a week on the Cape. Everything is very close by. The house is spacious and very comfortable and has all that you need. It was very convenient to have access to beach chairs and umbrellas as well. We spent time at Marconi Beach (which I highly recommend) - it is a beautiful, clean beach with restroom (albeit up on the cliff) and it is a long stretch of shoreline maintained by the government. We ate at a new restaurant called Chatham Cut - delicious steak house. Went to our favorite spots like Captains Table on Main Street Chatham for breakfast, several of the wonderful ice cream shops like Sundae School, Short n Sweet and The Schoolhouse. Anne and Ron made sure to have lots of great information available at the house for new things to explore as well. We did a fishing charter with Jailbreak Fishing Charter out of Harwichport which was a fun, new experience for our kids and we caught 15 stripe bass! I would highly recommend this property and the owners are very responsive and take pride in their property and care about their guests. We can't wait to get back to the cape next year.

We had a great week at Ron and Anne’s house. We had two families staying with five kids, ages 10-12, and four adults. The layout of the house was perfect for our families, and the kids loved the upstairs hangout room

The house was in a good location for us to head to Boston for the day, as well as Provincetown and Nauset Beach- which became our favorite!

Enjoyed our week long stay. Plenty of room for our family. Great neighborhood to walk in. Convenient to downtown Chatham and beaches. Had everything you would need in the kitchen. Enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor deck. Ron and Anne were very pleasant and accommodating. Definitely a memorable vacation!

Ron & Anne were wonderful hosts from the very start! Very responsive to my many questions about the property, location & fun things to do! They even let us know the property was ready earlier than the check in time which worked out perfectly for when we arrived. The house was perfect for our family - had enough seats at the dining table and the family room upstairs was great for hanging out and relaxing in! The house was also well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy the local beaches and also to make meals everyday at home. I would highly recommend Ron & Anne’s property!

Great house, great location
We spent the week in this beautiful house with our two boys and my parents. Everything was clean and anything you could need was in the house. The location is in a great, quiet neighborhood and close to everything...the beaches, downtown Chatham, grocery store, etc. We'd highly recommend this house for a family, big or small!

April vacation getaway
Beautiful home in a great Cape location with easy access to lots of hot spots on the Cape. The house had a great upstairs which was perfect for kids/teens to have their own space. The kitchen was immaculate with all of the essentials and more. We very much enjoyed the fire pit and the short drive to Jacknife Beach. The hosts were very communicative and easy to deal with. We would definitely rent this house again!

Wonderful home away from home
This was our second trip to the Cape, and this home on the outskirts of Chatham is lovely. It has both charm and function. We needed room for seven, and there was ample space for all of us. As others have noted, the pictures do NOT do the home justice. It’s a wonderful home away from home, and is perfectly centered at the elbow of the Cape, so nothing is too far away for a day trip. Property owners were very communicative, and had everything ready for us as promised. 👍🏼👍🏼

Perfect Cape getaway
We had a phenomenal stay in Chatham, in large part thanks to Anne and Ron’s beautiful home. Beautiful open downstairs space perfect for keeping an eye on our little one as well as sharing meals with family. Gorgeous outdoor space, and an amazing location that seemed to be no more than 15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go! Anne and Ron are excellent and experienced hosts - so many thoughtful touches in the home for guests and a thoroughly stocked kitchen. We hope to be back next year!

This newly renovated home was meticulously clean, extremely comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. Very spacious for our family ranging in ages from 7 to 90. Conveniently located just a short drive to downtown Chatham and a short walk to Jackknife Harbor beach.
Decorated with many Cape Cod touches, it felt very much like a vacation home. For those who like to cook, the kitchen is remarkably equipped with serving dishes, utensils, appliances, lobster pot and crackers, blender, food processor, knives, pots, pans and spices. Microwave, convection oven and six burner gas range were so appreciated as we love to cook. We also enjoyed fresh fish on the large Webber Grill. After a long day at the beach the kids relaxed upstairs for a movie on the large screen tv, while the adults were able to catch up on news in the living room downstairs.
Comfortable beds feature fresh linens and plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. The laundry room is conveniently located on the first floor. The first-floor bedroom was ideal for our aging parents as there is a beautiful walk-in shower.
The outdoor space is private, and quiet with a lovely deck that has both sun and shade. Comfortable cushioned furniture surrounds the firepit where we enjoyed star gazing and s’mores. If you’ve never taken an outdoor shower, you’ll love the classic beach shower, just through the stone path bordered with beautiful day lilies and hydrangeas!
For rainy days or family time around the large kitchen table, the game room closet is filled with all kinds of games ranging from Candy Land to Cards Against Humanity. If you forgot your book, just grab one off the bookshelf. For trips to the beach there are plenty of beach and camper chairs, toys/boogie boards, noodles and umbrellas.
Anne and Ron were super accommodating and kind hosts. The communication was super easy and their response time immediate. We had everything we could’ve possibly needed. We are looking forward to returning next summer!

Fabulous! The house was lovely, spacious and clean. The outdoor amenities (fire pit, grill, outdoor shower) were also really nice. The owners were very communicative and left very helpful information about the area. Location was great - an easy drive to everything in a quiet residential neighborhood. We would definitely return again & highly recommend!

We loved the space...perfect for 7 adults. Great kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful outdoor spaces including a fire pit which we used for s'mores! Thanks to the Villanovas for great communication, flexibility, and making us feel right at home.

Chatham Dream
We had rented this property last year, and it was a perfect fit for our two families! Lots of room to spread out, quiet neighborhood but easily accessible to stores and beaches. Kitchen is well stocked, and Ron and Anne are so pleasant to deal with and are very responsive to any questions or concerns! We got to meet them this year, and we were so busy chatting that our kids walked away😊 Very excited to go back next summer.

The house was wonderful and had all the amenities one could need. There were a few things noted upon arrival:

loved, loved, loved the house!
Six of us went to this house for a bachelorette weekend. We all loved the property and the house itself. Some of us have kids and remarked on how great it was for families as well. Everything you could need was there. Huge table and kitchen island for us all to hang out around plus an outdoor patio. Del Mar was so easy to work with. A screen door to the deck was off it’s hinges and they offered to send someone out to fix it right away even though I was only telling them so they wouldn’t think we broke it. I couldn’t believe how fast they responded to my email. Also, they consistently provided information leading up to our trip. My number one goal was for my best friend to have a memorable weekend and she did. Thanks!!

My family and I had a wonderful time during Labor day weekend at this beautiful home. Everything was impeccable and exactly as described and expected. The team was very responsive with all of our questions and any concerns prior to our arrival and during our stay. Absolutely no complaints. We all loved our stay and hope to go back soon!

Amazing Home!
Our party of 8 stayed at this beautiful home July 7-14. Everyone was impressed with the home as well as all of the amenities that were provided. There was plenty of room for everyone and a wonderful backyard/deck that we enjoyed each day. The home is close to shopping and restaurants and not a far drive to explore other towns. We would definitely recommend this home.

Beautiful newly refurbished home!
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house is very clean, comfortable and spacious, located in a quiet, pretty residential neighborhood.
The kitchen and family room/dining room were most of all family activity occurs and the large island counter top in the kitchen area was perfect for set up of buffet meals and cooking. The kitchen spill out onto a large deck with large table under an umbrella for 6-8 persons overlooking a pretty back yard.
The house had all the amenities you could need. Nearby shopping in Chatham or Harwich was convenient. Delmar Vacations is extremely well organized, making the rental simple and pain free. We found the listing description to be very accurate and we were not disappointed.
We enjoyed the charming town of Chatham with its many surrounding beaches, activities and restaurants.
Overall, we would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives. (But not on the weeks we have planned! Haha! )

Exceeded all expectations.
Pictures do not do this house justice. The house was open and welcoming and allowed for a great weekend of friendship and fun. There was a array of utensils that would make an executive chef blush. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. Neighbors were active and always waved and were courteous as they passed. Strongly recommend this house to any group of friends. Thanks.
