Really enjoyed getting to stay here during a recent visit back to my longtime hometown. Dana was exceedingly gracious for letting me stay on such short notice, and the location absolutely cannot be beat!

Books this amazing, unique property with the perfect downtown location. Dana is amazing and very responsive. Great location close to multiple breweries, restaurants, coffee shops and a small grocery store. The condo is very well stocked with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay in Knoxville, visiting our favorite UTK student and celebrating Easter. This property has a fantastic location in Old Town. Easy parking, walk to great places to eat and shop. We loved the wood floor and tall ceilings. The tall ceilings allowed lots of natural light from the windows. We are looking forward to staying at this property again.

The best trip! Dana was amazing! Apartment was everything we thought it would be. Knoxville didn’t disappoint.

Just when I thought I couldn’t love Knoxville any more, I stayed at this wonderful place in Old City. It was exceptionally clean, great amenities, spacious, and very cozy. So many great restaurants and coffee shops within a short walk, and a 5 minute drive to UTK. The host was very responsive and friendly, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Highly recommend

The apartment is stunningly decorated in a modern style. It is very large, and the extra-high ceilings make it even larger and more elegant. It came furnished with everything we needed and more. The bed is extra large and super comfortable. Located by the tracks, it was a novelty to see and hear trains going by right outside. Free parking under the freeway bridge is located about 3 blocks away. Otherwise there is paid parking right next door but it is very pricey. There are plenty of great restaurants in easy walking distance. Arts, shopping, and downtown attractions also within walking distance. Owner was very responsive. She had lots of helpful suggestions and ideas for us. Overall a great experience. We highly recommend it!

It's a great location. We enjoyed walking around, exploring the neighborhood and trying out the outstanding recommendations for nearby food and drink! It was our first visit to Knoxville but, hopefully not our last! We definitely hope to return for another stay in this perfect Old City home! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Would definitely stay again if & when im back in the area!!! The owner even reached out the make sure we were happy . They were great people to deal with over all great experience! The property was impeccable!! First class all the way in every aspect. The only thing better was the responsiveness from the owner (Dana). She was incredible with everything from area attractions, restaurants & recommendations etc. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Knoxville. This place is amazing!!

Everything about this property is spectacular. We chose to stay in Knoxville rather than the touristy towns surrounding the Smoky mountains. We came for fall foliage hiking and fell in love with Knoxville. This apartment is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The pictures really do not do it justice. We were in awe the second we walked in. The location in Old City offers great access to the major parts of town. We walked everywhere and there are great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Dana offered several suggestions and we were pleased with all of them. She is an attentive host and made staying here a joy. We would highly recommend this apartment and this area of Knoxville. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Dana!!

We had a change of plans and couldn’t make our trip to the property but Dana was very understanding and kind. Will definitely book property again in the future.

My husband and I loved our stay in this apartment in Knoxville on our road trip down to the Smoky Mountains. It is SOO charming, beautifully decorated, and the perfect amount of homey. The custom greeting on the name board when we arrived was so thoughtful. Bed is so comfortable that I didn't want to get out of it! My 9 month old son loved watching the trains go by out the big windows also. Perfect walking distance into town. Didn't hear any neighbors and wouldn't even know they were there. Large private building. Highly recommend staying here! :)
