Great stay in Da Nang. very close to a peaceful side of the beach

Superb

Nice studio with comfortable beds. Easy communication with the hosts via whatsapp and close to the beach in a quit street. Get a motorbike and go to lady buddha (easy route).

No breakfast

I had a bad experience with the staff. They agreed that I could return their motorcycle at 12a.m so I did not have to pay the extra money, and I gave it back to them at 10 a.m. However, they still charged me more with nonsense reasons. The room is good, but I will not come back here.

Excellent stay about 1 block off the beach. Very modern, clean, and comfortable rooms. There is also a nice cafe downstairs which is good for hanging out or getting some work done.

Given the price, nothing really.

perfect

location was perfect, just off the beach so we could have a fun night out and walk home. There were a few great breakfast places around if you wanted to eat local food, if not the hotel did serve some Korean options. perfect position if you want to go to hỏi an, bana hills, marble mountain and the beach. extremely happy with the rooms and services, very friendly staff and secure building. they normally locked the doors around 11pm ish but there is security present to open up if you have a late night out

Pleasant

The Communication was really difficult. The stuff was friendly but unfortunately they couldn’t speak English. There where a lot of misunderstandings. But at least they tried. We had a room on the highest floor. You where able to hear the pool engine from the rooftop. Also you where able to hear the neighbors from the next room.

Exceptional

I will keep it short and simple... If you are in Da Nang, you need to be at Livie... Excellent service, excellent facilities, smooth checkin, assistance from city tour planning to bikes to transfers... You need it, Livie has it all. And the sweet gesture by the Livie team for our honeymoon was amasing... They offered us with room deco, cake and on the house coffee... I am surely visiting it again

Pretty boutique hotel but could use some improvements

The puppy is very cute and the hotel looks very pretty and stylish, especially the lobby. It’s nice to have a water filter in the room and a little kitchen. The beds are big and comfortable, but a bit more on the harder side.

The room was quite noisy, we could for example hear the elevator every time that it stopped at our floor. Besides that, it would be nice to have a bit more personal interaction with the staff, they were mostly just looking at their laptop in the lobby and instead of coming up to you if you were wanting to order in the cafe, you had to walk up to them to ask if you could order something. It was also a bit unsanitary that the dog pees in the lobby. The location is also a bit inconvenient as there are not a lot of restaurants or other things to do near the hotel, luckily grab is very cheap though.

no breakfast. i did t mind to pay for it if they have simple breakfast (croissants + coffee), but they had Korean food only. it was too heavy to eat first thing in the morning.
