Amazing experience staying at Port Phillip Estate. The rooms were incredible - spacious, immaculately clean and had the most stunning views of the vines. It felt super private too with only 5 or 6 rooms in total. To top it off, breakfast is brought to the room every morning which was delicious. Highly recommend for a special stay!

Nothing, it was perfect!

The quality of the continental breakfast was good. The room and bathroom were nice and a beautiful vista from the patio doors.

Breakfast was served to the bedroom, and was a disappointment as it was virtually a do it yourself affair.Cups,plates,cutlery from the room all to small and no tablecloth napkins or placemats. Although this hotel is high end there were no tea towels to dry your cups should you require a drink in the evening.There was a lunchtime menu and dining room,but who wants to be in, in the Mornington Peninsular during the day. There was no evening meal available as all the staff vacated the hotel at 5pm, and you were effectively left to your own devices. So you had to go out or stay in your room. What is more there was no hot water left when I went for a shower in the evening. Very poor. This hotel has a lot has a lot to learn from supposed lesser hotels. I know we are all just recovering from COVID, but every where I have stopped in Australia so far has been far better and a lot less money.
