We had a wonderful time at Casa Debora. The villa is beautiful and Debora a very attentive host. The road up te the villa can be a bit trying because of a few hairpin bends, but the view from the garden is worth it.

This house is absolutely adorable situated up on the hills in Tuscany. It has everything you need - magnificent views, pool, nice garden, well equipped kitchen, pizza oven, 3 bathrooms. We were a group of 9 people, adults and teenagers, and everyone truly enjoyed the stay. Debora was a great host welcoming us with wine and pastries! She was very helpful and keen to make our stay memorable. I would highly recommend everyone to stay in this villa!

We had a very nice stay and overall this is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting.
We had two adults and and two 15 year old girls for 5 nights. The home is very charming with adequate bedroom and bathroom space. The outside spaces are nice, especially the covered eating area. The pool was great for the girls and the kitchen was well appointed. New air conditioning units for all three bedrooms just take the edge off, but not really cold. It was in the upper 80's F for our stay. The lower level of the house stayed relatively cool except when cooking. The extra bathroom outside and the clothes washer was helpful.
Debora was great at communicating, and her brother came daily to treat the pool.
No really glaring negatives. A couple thoughts. The outside seating could be updated, the two pool lounge chairs were broken and the other beck chairs worn. The two outside cast iron table and chairs are older and rusted ,and not very comfortable. The hammock was nice. The outside space is really the selling point for this house and could be better appointed.
It's important to note that the roads driving up the mountain to access this home are very very narrow. For someone that is not used to driving on these roads, meeting oncoming traffic and having to back down and pull to the side, navigate blind corners and drive on non-guard rail mountain roads, It can be quite nerve-wracking to get up and down the hill everyday.

Location was good for driving to various places in Tuscany. The house was lovely, and our children swam in the pool even though it was quite cold.
Warning to those with large vehicles, the roads to the house are quite tricky, as they are somewhat treacherous and it's a 2 way road despite being barely one lane. We did it with a van and got into a few tight spots. But if your vehicle can make it, this place is delightful.

Fantastic stay
We loved the house and the tiny roads up the hill. House was well equipped with a nice pool and AC in every bedroom. The nearest village "Pieve di Camaiore" is adorable and has 2 nice restaurants

Familie mit Hund
Wir (6 Erwachsene und ein Mops) hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Casa Debora. Das Grundstück ist über eine teileweise enge Straße dennoch gut zu erreichen und auf dem Grundstück findet ein Pkw (V-Klasse lang) bequem Platz. Hervorzuheben sind die schöne und ruhige Lage und die Ausstattung der Villa. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit einer getrennt regelbaren Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Jeweils zwei Schlafzimmer sind durch ein Bad verbunden. Äußerst Praktisch fanden wir die Lage des dritten Badezimmers, dass vom Garten aus erreichbar ist. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Der freie WLAN-Zugang konnte von allen Mitreisenden in allen Bereichen der Villa und Garten intensiv genutzt werden.
Das Grundstück samt dem schönen Pool lud zum Verweilen ein. Die Gestaltung des Gartens hielt genügend schattige Plätze bereit. Die Strände von Lido di Camaiore sind mit dem Auto bequem in weniger als 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
Für Fragen stand uns Debora jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder die Casa Debora buchen.Liebe Debora, nochmals vielen Dank für alles!

Schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage
Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) und einem Hund unterwegs. Unsere Kinder waren jeden Tag im Pool, die Lage war traumhaft, umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Im Pizzaofen im Garten konnten wir leckere Pizza backen, Holz war vorhanden. Lediglich die Küche ist etwas klein, das ist aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt. Dafür gab es ein tolles Restaurant, das zu Fuß erreichbar war. Auch den Grill nutzten wir einige Male. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Urlaub im Oktober
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub bei Traumwetter im Oktober. Das Haus war perfekt für 2 Familien mit Kindern. Die Vermieterin war super nett und immer erreichbar.
Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas eng, war aber auch mit nem größeren Auto machbar.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Ferien in der Toskana in einem tollen Haus
Das Haus ist genau so wie man sich eine traditionelle Villa in der Toskana vorstellt. Aber es bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Einen schönen großen Pool, einen tollen Pizzaofen im Garten wo wir uns unsere Pizzen selbst gemacht haben. Hmm waren sehr lecker. Einen Grill etc. Innen alles sehr schön eingerichtet. Klimaanlage ebenfalls vorhanden. Also einfach toll. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Die Gastgeberin Debora war immer für uns da falls wir was brauchten. Alles tip top....

Dream Holidays
We really had a great time. Debora is a wonderful host and takes well care of her guests. Any problems / questions were solved / answered instantly and very friendly. The house is beutiful and works great with two families (we split up by families over the two upper floors, every family sharing one bath room). The big table on the loggia invites to familiy diners while in the garden you’ll find several spots to sit down and relax in smaller groups or by yourself to relax. The house is located in the mountains and very quiet (nearly no traffic). The road to the house indeed needs to get used to (curvy, steep and narrow) but nothing one couldn't handle. You can make wonderful hikes into the mountains starting right from the house. A trip to the beach takes about 20 minutes by car.

Haus in der Wildnis
Erreichbarkeit schlecht, Straßen bzw. Wege sehr schmal, sehr abgelegen, nur etwas für Kleinwagen. Küche klein, kein Stauraum für Lebensmittel, Wohn-Esszimmer klein und sehr dunkel, auch tagsüber. Keine Klimatisierung im Wohn-Essraum. Wäre aber notwendig, da wegen den Mücken abends Fenster und Türen verschlossen werden sollten. Nur Platz für 2 Personen auf Sofa (nur ein 2-Sitzer), Türen zu den Badezimmern sehr niedrig, kleiner als 1,70 m, Fliegengitter an den Fenstern alle undicht, Garten und Pool gut. Eigentümerin und Nachbarn sehr freundlich uns hilfsbereit.

Landhaus in den Bergen
Wir waren zu acht, mit Kleinkind und Hund 10 Tage im Casa Debora... ein wirklich ausgesprochen schönes altes Landhaus, genau wie man sich ein toskanisches Anwesen vorstellt.
Der Garten ist groß und weitläufig und der Pool ist eingezäunt, was wir sehr gut wegen Hund und Kind fanden!
Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und allerlei Töpfe!
Leider gab es viel zu wenig Gläser, Wassergläser, sowie Weingläser( waren nur 2 große rotweingläser) haben etwas gefehlt wenn man in einer großen Gruppe dort ist.
Das Haus hat niedrige Decken und Türen aber das haben wir als nicht störend, sondern eher schön empfunden!
Die roten Fensterläden waren auch einfach optisch ein Traum... alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern versehen, was man dort wirklich braucht! Die Schnaken haben uns schon mittags trotz autan ausgefressen .
Leider haben an einigen Fenster die fliegengitter nicht komplett geschlossen-
Vllt könnte man das noch etwas überarbeiten.
Die Möbel, liegen und Stühle im Garten sind hübsch aber einige leider schon kaputt... hier könnte man eventuell für kommende Gäste das ein oder andere erneuern.
Debora war jedoch sehr sehr nett, würde das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen!
Wir haben uns gut erholt inmitten der toskanischen Wildnis...

Traumhafter Urlaub
Tolles Haus mit viel Charme, schöner Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten. Schöne Lage, abseits vom Trubel, mitten in Olivenbäumen. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und die Vermieterin absolut unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Great location to explore northern Tuscany! Steep slopes
We had a great stay at Debora’s House. The pool was great and surrounding area was charming. We were a large group of 11 ( 5 adults and 6 kids) and there were plenty of towels, plates etc available. Only a few comments- the road up from Camaiore is very narrow and windy and a large car isn’t advisable. Also, given that going up and down the mountain is challenging it would have been nice to have some basics stocked like enough toilet paper, hand soap in each of the bathrooms, dish soap, etc. They arranged a cooking class at the villa which was fun but sadly the cook didn’t make pasta as we had wanted. It would have been nice to know in advance that pasta wasn’t going to be made.

Unsere Villa Kunterbunt in den Bergen
Wir waren vier Erwachsene, zwei Kinder und ein Hund. Für einen Family Urlaub ist das Haus perfekt, mit eingezäuntem Pool, tollem Grill und kleinem Häuschen für die Kinder. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Debora eine super nette und verlässliche Gastgeberin. Wir konnten mit dem Hund, gleich hinterm Haus, in der herrlichen Landschaft spazieren gehen. Ein paar bequemere Gartenmöbel mit Auflagen wären noch wünschenswert gewesen, aber insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub !

unica pecca piscina chiusa ma Debora ci aveva avvisati .
Lei è stata gentilissima , mi ha permesso di portare il cane che nn era previsto dal regolamento .

Alles perfekt!!!
Wir wurden sehr herzlich und liebevoll empfangen, so dass wir uns sofort wohlfühlten. Das Haus ist sehr heimelig und bis ins kleinste Detail wunderschön eingerichtet. Der Garten ist sehr ruhig und gepflegt und mit vielen Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet. Wir genossen die herrliche Lage, die Ruhe, die Nähe zum Meer und die schönen historischen Städtchen.
Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Casa ampia e accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli (non manca proprio niente!) e un contesto davvero suggestivo. A cui si aggiunge l'incredibile disponibilità di Debora... e la sua fantastica focaccia! Non potevamo trovare di meglio!

Séjour parfait!
Très belle propriété à la fois proche de la mer et au calme au milieu des collines. Magnifique terrasse avec le four à pizza et le grill. Seul bémol: le réseau wifi ne marchait pas la plupart du temps pendant notre séjour.

Wonderful multigenerational experience.
We loved staying at Casale Debora! It was a lovely way to spend a multi-generational experience and explore the surrounding area. We stayed with our three kids and my parents. There was plenty of room for us in the house. Most of the beds were great and the bathrooms were large and very nice. The pool was clean. The best part of the House was the garden where we spent most of our time eating and hanging out. We had a few problems with the gate, but both Debora and her brother were responsive to issues and questions. It is a very steep curvy, narrow road leading up to the House. It makes for great views, but no so friendly on the rental car if you are not so used to that. But the extra insurance:). We explored Piesantra, Viareggio, hiked the falls near by and swam in the natural pools, biked around lucca, spent a day in cinque terre. All of it was amazing and the kids loved it! With a large group in August it would have been better to make reservations ahead of time for local restaurants. But, we brought in pizza and pasta to the house from the pizza place in pieve. The food is good and really cheap and kids loved getting to eat and jump right back in the pool. Bug spray is definitely helpful.

Beautiful house with lovely pool and yard!
We recently stayed at this wonderful property for 5 days with our two kids (11 and 16). We absolutely loved coming home to the house each night after being out all day sight seeing. The house was comfortable and clean and the pool was very refreshing. The owner even arranged for a chef to come and give us a cooking lesson! The location is fantastic enabling us to do day trips to Lucca, the beach, Carrara Marble tour, Pietrasanta, etc. The owner was very responsive to any questions that we had and I would highly recommend this house to other families. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nicht ganz der Beschreibung entsprochen
In 2 Schlafzimmern keine Schränke und sie teilen sich ein Bad, dass von beiden Seiten begehbar ist. Anfahrt zum Haus und Ein und Ausfahrt für größere Autos sehr unangenehm.

Perfect house for visiting Toscane
The house is perfect. 4 bedrooms all with airconditioning which is very useful during the summer. Beautiful garden and nice swimmingpool. In Pieve there is a nice restaurant. The road up is a bit small and steep. We were with 6 persons .Lucca and Pisa are 30 min drive and the beaches are 20 min drive.

A Dream Vacation
We could of stayed here all day each day, but we had other places we wanted to visit. The villa is very, very nice. Very clean and updated inside with beautiful bedrooms and air conditioning ( it is quite warm in June). The grounds are so lovely with eating areas and a beautiful pool. We spent a lot of time enjoying the mountain air and the views.

Das Haus und das Anwesen sind wie beschrieben, es gab keinelei unangenehme Überraschung.
Rundum angenehm, sehr sympathische Vermieter. Wir hatten keine Probleme vor Ort, sondern 100% Urlaub. Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, für das große Shopping muss man ca. 25 Minuten Fahrtzeit rechnen. Es gibt ganz gute, wenn auch einfache Restaurants vor Ort, zum Hingehen oder auch zum Pizza mitnehmen. Man ist in ca. 20 Minuten auf der Autobahn, das muss man wissen, wenn man die Toskana von hier aus erobern möchte.

Great holidays
1. I stayed in Casale Debora in September last year with my girlfriend and my friends and we'll be back 'this year' cause the place is really lovely.
Deborah welcomed us with a bottle of red wine and immediately advised us of places to see and good restaurants to dine (tasteful Candalla, a riverside restaurant where are offered excellent Tuscan dishes is definetely a good choice).
We'd spend the day at home having lunch by the pool and the evening we reached the premises of Versilia.
The house is just perfect for a family or for a group of friends and it's fully equipped (sun loungers, barbecue, patio, pizza oven..you name it!)
Close to Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio and ideal for exploring the heart of Tuscany. In short, we can't wait to go back!

Awesome place
A warm family welcome with a homemade cake on our arrival and a house equipped with every comfort!
Ideal location for its proximity to the wonderful Cinque Terre and Versilia (15 minutes drive). And for those who enjoy walking and cycling in the countryside (The owners provide 2 brand new mountain bikes!). Absolutely nothing to complain about our staying. To be visited!

In love with this Villa
Gorgeous villa. It's well tidy and maintained in its details by the owner who built it with love and taste.
Marbled bathrooms with one them English styled. The rooms are fully furnished with restored 20th century furnituring and equipped with two cradles for children.
My husband and I stayed with another couple and had a wonderful time.
Tuscany's a very beautiful place and Casale Debora is an excellent starting point to visit it. The house and surrounded by a large garden fully available to the guests of the house and the pool is equipped with a child safety fence, which is definetely a plus.
It also has a nice patio (where we usually had dinner in the evening) and the children's corner with a hammock and swing. Highly recommended.
