About this cottage rental
Superb all-inclusive gîte (except tourist tax), a restored old barn. Property with shared swimming pool (according to time slots), with the owners. Ground floor: living room-kitchen (fridge with a small freezer compartment, wood stove), 1st bedroom (160 cm bed), shower room, toilet. Floor 1: 2nd bedroom (160 cm bed), 3rd bedroom (160 cm bed), bathroom (bath + shower), toilet. Baby kit. Floor 2: mezzanine (160 cm bed equipped on request for additional people). WIFI access. Underfloor heating (included in the rates). Private enclosed garden (swing, table tennis). Shared enclosed park. Swimming pool to be shared with the owners. Sauna access for 30 mins: €10/person (minimum 2 people). POOL OPENING: 30/04 to 01/10. Swimming pool access: 4 hours/day according to defined time slots (and outside these periods on request). Non-smoking cottage. Possibility of 2 additional people (100 €/person/week). The Loire Valley and its countless riches, both cultural and architectural (Loire Castles, various museums) and gastronomic (AOC vineyards of the Loire and other delicious local products) are within reach thanks to access to the A10 motorway located about 15 minutes away. And the Futuroscope which is only 45 minutes away will be the fun touch of your stay. So have a great holiday in Touraine!
