Located on the 2nd and top floor, it comprises an entrance hall, a fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and small freezer) opening onto a balcony with sea views, a dining room also opening onto a balcony with sea views, 2 bedrooms (one double bed and one twin bed), a bathroom, and a separate WC. Upstairs, the mezzanine features a lounge/TV area and a sleeping area (single bed), a bedroom (double bed) with a skylight and sea view, and a small shower room. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi, a small electric barbecue, a cot, and a high chair. There is a garage, but access is difficult and it is only suitable for a small car.
