Sleek and comfy apartment in a great location.

The apartment was spacious, bright and comfortable. The location was great. Close to Heathrow, Kew Gardens and public transport into the city center. Also Sarah was really helpful!

The only downside was that the apartment was difficult to find. Some more specific directions could easily solve this.

A very cosy and comfortable apartment

very modern, safe, clean and close to supermarket and coffee shop

Good communication with host regarding checkin. The apartment is of newer build, with decent facilities. Very spacious and fine for two couples or friends travelling together.

Cleaning could be stepped up, as therewere some cobwebs and hair in the corners. Towels rubbed of and should be replaced. Some pieces of furniture was coming apart, so an overall tidying of the apartment is recommended. The apartment is about 45 minutes away from central London, with buses, trains and metro running within 15 minutes, depending on mode of transportation.

I recommend this place week stays and group need all the necessities such as dish washer , cookware, and washing mashing

Great value big apartment easy distance to Kew Gardens and Heathrow.

Great location for Kew Gardens. All clean and modern.

air con didn’t work and a few bits falling apart in the kitchen and hot water sometimes didn’t work but all in all a great stay.

Nice sunny apartment in a quiet location with low quality of services and poor communications from the owner.

The apartment is nice, big, quite new in a peaceful and quitr location. The connection to the city center is via buses or trains from Kew Bridge station.

Some of the furnitures were broken and the kitchen is not very well equiped. The apartment was not ready upon out arrival and we had to wait. The owner was not responding to our queries about the missing toilet paper, etc. There were no instructions about the usage of equipement, wifi or handling of trash.
