In the living room a comfortable sofa, TV (with international channels), Wi-Fi, HiFi, AC serves your lounging. Separate dining room next to the kitchen gives the opportunity for big breakfasts to start the a new day or have a dinner together. Fully equipped kitchen with all the quality equipments, basic stuffs. 2 elegant bedrooms for your perfect relaxation. We arrived, and we were totally overwhelmed with how wonderful the apartment was. It was over the top. We had a wonderful time in the appliances and the fixtures in the apartment we’re first class. Excellent location. Close to everything you can think of. Communication with Tibor was outstanding. Don’t be fooled by the exterior of the inside of the building. Security is tight and the unit has been completely re-modeled beautifully..and contains everything you need and then some.

The location and apt were perfect - very nicely appointed with everything one could want. Only problem was the water. One morning we had absolutely none - had to use my water bottle just to wet my toothbrush. Came back from sight seeing - had water again. The next day - no hot water for a shower. Tried to message but got no response. The morning of our departure. Still no hot water - a major bummer to not be able to shower 2 days in a row.

Our first trip to Budapest was amazing in part to our accommodations. It was clean, safe and wonderfully appointed. We had been traveling for a couple weeks and having use of the clothes washing machine was a real plus! The restaurants in the area were also wonderful. Tibor was great with communicating especially when I had questions or concerns. He arranged for us to have transportation to the airport when we left and I was grateful for his assistance. I would love to return to his charming home. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely apartment.

The location of the property was excellent with many restaurants and bars close by. We walked to many of the attractions in the first day or 2, and then used the great public transport system to easily venture across town and further afield. The apartment was clean, secure, comfortable and well appointed. Communication with Tibor was excellent, and the transfers he arranged to and from the airport were perfect. All up a great stay for our group of 4 adults and would definitely recommend.

Wonderful property. This apartment is perfect for visiting Budapest. It is right in the Jewish quarter. It had everything that we needed and more. Information on check-in and arrival was spot on. Tibor was a great host. Responds quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was absolutely stunning and could not fault it at all. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped , good size and comfortable beds. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly and a large amount of information was provided to guests about the surrounding area. We have been to Budapest several times and it was the best location we have ever stayed in. Most of the main sites are within walking distance or an easily accessible metro ride away. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

I really good experience with this apartment. Everything described was accurate and I truly appreciated how well appointed the apartment was - from Nespresso pods and spices to sewing kits and gel shower/shampoo in the bathrooms.
Tibor was always available to help with anything.
The apartment was very clean, modern and well furnished. The beds are very comfy and shutters allowed us to get the best sleep ever.
I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who's visiting Budapest and would stay there again.

This is a terrific property that shouldn't disappoint. Well cared for, clean and well managed. Property manager was quick to help with a late night check in issue. Great amenities in property. Condo is tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable beds. Very conveniently located to get to tourist attractions. The VII district as an entertainment district - this property is close to a variety of bars and restaurants. We would certainly stay here again. It was a good experience.

Everything was perfect and just as described. Lots of nice little extras in the apartment to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I was worried about the street noise given one of the reviews, but we had no problems. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in Budapest. The apartment was lovely with everything you need for a pleasant stay. All of the maps and details that Tibor lays out upon check in are very thoughtful and helpful.
We had a party of 4, girls trip, the area was close to the ruin bars nearby which was fun for our group.
Unfortunately there was construction in the floor below which made for very noisy mornings with a lot of drilling. The evenings could also be noisy with loud groups passing by given the proximity to the ruin bars.
The weather was fantastic, sunny and the air conditioning made our stay very comfortable.
Walking to catch public transportation is very convenient, it’s all nearby.
Overall, a great stay and a good time.
We look forward to visiting again.

Comfortable Stay - Highly Recommended
D30 Apartment is beautifully finished with quality furnishings, fixtures and fittings. Toiletries, coffee, bottled water, a variety of kitchen essentials were also provided.
It's a great location close to the synagogue and supermarkets, shops, restaurants/bars and transport links.
Tibor was really helpful with advice when I had failed to read properly the impressive instructions and guide.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay her to others. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Budapest and the apartment.

Lovely property, great check in and everything comfortable and as described. We were in Budapest for a birthday long weekend for my 50th - just my husband and me.
Thursday night we arrived, had a nice local supper, back to the apartment to sleep at midnight but were kept up till 4.15 am by raucous partying downstairs at The Baz Bar - we could hear each thud, followed by an ecstatic cheer every time someone threw an axe. (It has an axe-throwing activity!) Finally it went quiet and then the bin lorries arrived shortly afterwards at around 5am - it is all a blur really - but we finally got to sleep around 6am.
Our first day in Budapest was good though we were shattered so we booked in to the Gellert baths and spent three hours floating around like zombies.
The next night - repeat. Only this time people were running up and down the street howling like wolves, screaming and shouting - having a wonderful time but again - kept us up till about 4,30am. This apartment is in the party district and there are no rules about noise - avoid this area if you want to get to sleep before 4am.
Saturday - dragged ourselves around with very little energy - though about moving elsewhere. Wrote to the hosts to say it was unbearable - no response. Saturday night.... I am not joking. Same again. By the time we left on Monday we were tired, irritable, had zero energy to do anything and I had a response from the host to say that it hadn't been a problem before or they would have done something about it.
It is a lovely apartment and perfect in every way other than the noise was dreadful - and yes, we brought earplugs on the second day and it wasn't enough. I wouldn't stay there again if you paid me - sleep is too precious and it destroys your trip if you are too exhausted to enjoy it. We are not particularly light sleepers and travel a lot so are very used to different places and levels of noise - this was off the scale. Both bedrooms overlook the busy street and the windows and building soundproofing is non-existent.
I think the host's response was pretty poor and we were very unimpressed.
Hope that helps if you are looking for a restful trip, it is always sad to write a review that is negative but I wish I had not booked this place so maybe if you like to be up partying yourself it would be perfect but otherwise perhaps not.

The total experience was outstanding. From the very beginning the interaction between the owner and us was really good and helpful. Appartment was clean and comfortable and includes everything you can imagine. The location is excellent. We all really can recommend this appartment to everyone.

Tibor was wonderful; he met us and explained everything in the apartment. It had everything we could want - coffee, tea, sugar, cream, washing machine detergent, etc. the bedrooms were spacious and the location is great. There are 2 groceries stores within a few minutes walk. we loved it.

Great apartment in a trendy area, centrally located
In an older building, the apartment has been totally updated with a designer flair. Very well equipped. Felt totally safe with the type of security in place. One block from a main road with busses and many excellent restaurants and pubs a few steps away. Tibor was very helpful and provided detailed information on things to do and see. He arranged taxi service for us and was very prompt in responding to our questions. The apartment was very comfortable and relaxing.
