It was close to the event we were judging for.

Beds were very uncomfortable and hard. No wash clothes. Plain and stark in a neighborhood with lots of junk across the street.

If you need to do laundry during your stay, this is convenient.

It was clean. Felt very sterile, sparsely furnished. Newer remodeled kitchen.

It felt pretty impersonal. Sparsley furnished. Glass cup with about 6 mints. They removed all of the doors from the closets and storage - which was odd. They could have provided a more comfortable environment with a throw blanket, or magazines and books for visitors. The outside was a fenced yard with no seating. All over the neighborhood and surrounding houses looked a little sketch, with junk on the side walks, junk cars in the front lawns. Very very basic amenities.

Everything went very smoothly and it was accurate to the description. They communicated well too.

There could be better cooking supplies. The cutting boards weren’t great and the pans weren’t the best. But it was manageable.

The property was not very clean. I booked based on the reviews that stated the place was very clean. The bed sheets were not washed or changed. They had other peoples hair on them. The floor wasn’t clean and there were dirty pots in the cabinet.

Die kurzen Wege in die Innenstadt (fussläufig) sind gut. Man kann gut parken und es ist eine ruhige Gegend.

Hier herrscht ein Renovierungsstau. Die Terrasse ist nicht nutzbar es stehen dafür kaputte Stühle herum. Hier müsste mal der Hausmeister Unkraut entfernen, die Handtuchhalter die von der Wand fallen richtig anschrauben und einige Anstriche erneuern.
