Everything was perfect! The unit was clean, easily accessible and added touches! Coffee, and extras supplied. Plenty of blankets and extra pillows.The host answered any questions we had almost instantly!! It was beautifully decorated on a nautical theme with great touches, nothing tacky. Awesome location just across from beach and entertainment. Super quiet at night, friendly neighbors and everyone we met! Condo clean and modern, well stocked, communication was fast as well. Easy to get in, convenient garage. Thank you!

This was the perfect place for us to enjoy a beach stay! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We were only a block from the beach too! It was so easy to get to and from the beach, and with our car parked in the garage, which was on the way, we ended up leaving everything beach related in the trunk to make it easier. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying in this unit for many reasons. The location to the beach was a short walk, the neighbors were very nice and the unit was new. Also, having a washer and dryer to use for the week is a big bonus. The check in process was very easy and they sent us all the information we needed to know. They even let us know when everything was ready for us. We would certainly rent this again,

The location is nice. It’s in a little beach town about a block from the ocean which was nice. The reason for the 3 stars is that although the place appears clean, there were some things we noticed that could of been better. The washing machine smelled like mold and mildew and actually had mold growing in it. I had to buy Clorox wipes to clean it out in order to wash clothes. A few things to note is that you will need to bring your own iron as there was not one. I’ve rented many vacation rentals and have never had to buy one. But maybe people coming to the beach don’t need one. We were there for a wedding and had to iron. Also, bring your own blow dryer, I didn’t know there wasn’t one at the house, again, I’ve never not had one supplied by a rental. The lighting in the bedroom needs to be updated. There is a small over head light and nothing next to the bed on the tables which made trying to read in bed by cell phone light necessary. If you are strictly looking for a place to crash after being at the beach, then this place is a five star location. We just wished it had the above mentioned items. Beds were very comfortable. House was clean except washing machine. Communication with owner was excellent. Thanks for the hospitality.

RELAXING LABOR DAY WEEKEND
Great time condo was very clean and relaxing. I would say if trying to sleep 5 it’s more suitable for small adult or child. Also would recommend supplying a dust pan, broom and iron. Very thankful to have had this wonderful opportunity to rent this condo.

Great option with towels and sheets provided.. loved being so close to the Green room for breakfast, walk up to the strip. Only bad part was not having ability to have more than one car.. but we figured it out. Recommend having a broom and swifter available so you can clean up the floor throughout the week!

Would go again!
We had an amazing time and loved the place. It was the perfect location! So clean and modern but still a beach-y feel. We would definitely recommend and book again! Only note would be that we were told that quiet time starts at 9:30 but people who lived there were outside playing corn hole up until 11 pm and said that quiet hours actually start at 11 pm. It wasn’t a big deal for us, and everyone was extremely nice and welcoming!

Our stay at this condo was perfect. Not only was the condo very welcoming and comfortable the neighbors in the other condos were great as well. Such a nice place and nice people. Location is one block from the ocean and boardwalk. Great restaurants in walking distance (less than a block to a few blocks). Busy, fun area but relaxing and quiet in the condo. I’ve never stayed somewhere, where the online pictures look exactly like what you really get. This was our first time staying in Hampton Beach and I couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We will be back!

We spent 2 weeks in the condo. Ideal place for a family holidays. Plenty of space, safe place, all amenities, 2 minutes from the beach, close to everything. Sean always available if needed. I recommend it.

Awesome place to stay
The condo was beautiful, very modern and clean. The location is great as well. Very convenient to multiple shops and restaurants or to anything on the strip. Sean was a great host. Very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. I've been renting in Hampton for many years and this was the best place and experience I have had so far. Worth every penny - I am definitely planning on staying here again.

Beautiful place!!
We were so impressed with this property in Hanpton Beach! We have stayed in many, MANY places while vacationing in HB every year and this was probably the best place to rent. It's close to the beach (one short block) next door to food places and down the street from coffee in the mornings, and it has a washing machine and dryer, it's own coffee machine, and lots of room!! Very impressive. Close enough to all the fun yet just far enough away to keep our nights quiet. We would highly recommend renting this property!!

Great condo!
The condo was perfect!!! The whole process was super easy. The property manager was great to communicate with and accommodating. There were 2 very minor things that I would change if I could...... the mirrors in the main bathroom need to either be changed or lowered (I’m 5’5 and had a hard time doing my make up) and better bedding for the couch and pullout. Also, don’t accidentally park in the wrong spot or you be towed. (Maybe the association could try and come up w a way of numbering cars to condo so they can get in touch with the person before they tow). Luckily the garage where they tow is down the street!!! Sean the property manager was great!! I would definitely stay here again!!!
Also, there are supposed to be quite hrs btw 9:30-9:30 but people were playing cornhole in the courtyard past midnight. It didn’t bother me in the bedroom but my son who was out on couch heard and kept awake. My comments are not negatives just suggestions and I would definitely stay here again. It’s nice that Hampton Beach are getting some nicer places to stay rather than the dumpy beach motels.

Perfect Location - Can't wait to go back!
I stayed here a few nights in February with my girlfriend and we had such a great experience that we plan to come again for the summer! Sean at Seacoast Vacation Rentals was very quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. The apartment was ready prior to check-in and was super clean upon arrival. It was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed and then some. The location on the map doesn't do any justice compared to how close it actually was to walk to the beach. Can't wait to come back!

This condo was the absolute perfect choice for our weekend getaway! The condo was even nicer than the pictures -- so clean, new, and spacious! Location was ideal, close not only to the beach but to the great restaurants and night life that Hampton has to offer. We will definitely be back!
