The owners were very friendly and helpful. They responded very quickly to any questions and always did their best to find a solution. Excellent hosts! The apartment is located very close to the beach, with an nearly unobstructed view of the sea and beach from the balcony. It’s in a quiet little street that ends right by the sea, so the location is really lovely. There are two bedrooms, both with sliding doors. The living and dining area with the kitchen is cozy and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well equipped — we cooked there quite a few times during our stay. There’s a fridge with a freezer compartment and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is well equipped, the shower works really well, and everything is spotlessly clean. Each room (Living+sleeping rooms) has its own air-conditioning unit, which was perfect given the heat in July and August. Bed linen and air conditioning were included in the price, which isn’t something you can always take for granted in Italy. All the windows and balcony doors have very new shutters, which are extremely practical and can be adjusted individually. This means you can let in plenty of daylight without letting in the heat, or make the rooms completely dark at night. The only thing missing was mosquito screens — with those, it would have been perfect. The apartment is on the first floor and can only be accessed via stairs. The entrance to the apartment is a small private terrace, which is very practical for leaving beach gear outside and keeping the sand out of the apartment. There’s a private parking space right by the apartment, with shade covers. There’s a very good restaurant, Porta Rosa, nearby, which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. If we get the chance, we’d be very happy to come back!

The mattresses could probably do with being replaced, as the springs are starting to become noticeable and affect the sleeping comfort.

Casa davvero consigliata! La posizione è ottima, vicinissima al mare, tanto che dalla casa si poteva sentire il rumore delle onde, un dettaglio davvero piacevole e rilassante. La casa era pulitissima e molto ben organizzata, con il condizionatore presente in tutti gli ambienti, cosa che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. La cucina era completa di tutto il necessario e i letti abbastanza comodi.

Tutto ok.

Gli spazi ampi della casa, i climatizzatori in alcune stanze, il terrazzo con gli stendini, la vicinanza al mare. Conad a 5 min di macchina.

Punto mare non molto bello e sempre agitato anche rispetto a quello di Ascea Marina poco distante… casa lontana dai servizi essenziali (a piedi non c’era nulla, neanche per un caffè la sera). La cucina era fuori e faceva troppo caldo (cucinare la sera era davvero massacrante viste le alte temperature e le zanzare). In una camera mancava il condizionatore per cui anche il riposo notturno non è stato il massimo. Non hanno ritirato la spazzatura tutta la settimana sulla via (c’era cattivo odore). In bagno il cassetto sotto al lavandino era bagnato e quindi anche il phon in esso contenuto e il sedile del wc si muoveva con la seduta.
