About this villa rental
Nestled in La Baule-Escoublac, this lovely villa for $243 per night is a great option for your next break. The house is on two levels: the ground floor with a bedroom, a living room / bedroom and a kitchen dining room and a large terrace of about 25 m². The floor is very spacious and bright with three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a balcony. In the garden, you can enjoy the sun or rest in the shade of pine trees. Deck chairs are available to tenants as well as a few bikes and a ping pong table. The house is ideally located, it is less than 700 m from the beach, the bay of La Baule facing south is one of the largest and most beautiful in Europe, it can be reached on foot through the quiet streets of the neighborhood and admire the pretty villas of La Baule. The house is also close to the city center, so you can walk to its market (open every day), or stroll through the busy shopping street all day and evening. You can also go to the cinema, the swimming pool (Aquabaule), the casino ... The TGV station is less than 10 min walk. The kitchen of the ground floor and very well equipped and open on the large terrace, it is very pleasant to eat there, the climate of La Baule very lenient often allows. The high ceiling rooms (3m20) are very bright with wooden floors. The kitchen is recent, it is fully equipped with including induction hob, it is very functional. It is possible to access the internet with Wifi throughout the house. This house is ideal to spend a very good stay with family or friends. Bicycles (3 adults and 3 children) are available to tenants, it is possible to visit other nearby sites accessible by bike paths: the Pouliguen and its port, Guerande with its fortified city center and salt marshes , Batz sur mer, Croisic (oceanorium), Pornichet, the heather ... .. many tourist sites are accessible even if you do not have a car. The house is on two levels: the ground floor with its two bedrooms give access to a large terrace of about 25 m². The floor is very spacious and bright with three bedrooms and a balcony. On each floor there is a bathroom. The house is very well located, in a very quiet area and rich in the shade of the pines which melts the joy of the squirrels. The beach is 700 m, the city center with its trade and its market at 400 m, the station Sncf (the TGV arrives at La Baule) is 400 m. Everything can be done on foot.

An excellent property. Very well equipped and a really good location for amenities and the beach.

The booking was easy. The property manager is very helpful and accommodating. The house was comfortable and the outside areas including the table tennis provided well needed relaxation after one week of cycling. The only downside is the musty smell from the furniture in the bunk bed room and the larger double room upstairs.

Booking was straight forward . We were late checking in but Alain waited for us . The house did not disappoint in any way. Every thing you could’ve possibly wanted was there. Close to the sea,shops, and restaurants .wouldn’t hesitate in booking again.

Nous avons occupé l'etage fort agréable qui comporte 3 chambres. La maison est fonctionnelle, balcon et jardin sympatiques! L'accès à la plage est facile avec des enfants via des petites rues peu fréquentées. La maison est également proche de la rue principale.

Beaucoup d'activités accessibles à pied (maxi 20min à pies du marché, de la plage, du centre aquatique Aquabaule...) et une maison très agréable où chacun avait son espace (8 adultes)

Séjour très agréable et ressourçant
Maison impeccable, joliment décorée, très propre, lumineuse et spacieuse, tout est en place pour le bien-être du locataire. La maison est idéalement située dans un quartier calme et bordé de grands pins, non loin de la plage et du centre ville (accessibles à pied) et de la forêt d'Escoublac (à 5 mn en voiture ou en vélo). Le jardin est fort appréciable, la terrasse et la partie détente sont ensoleillées une bonne partie de la journée. Le propriétaire se soucie régulièrement de notre bien -être.

Excellent séjour !
Nous avons été vraiment très bien accueillis par M. Rompion. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison! La maison est super bien équipée et très bien située (proche des commerces, pas loin du remblai et de la gare). On est réveillé par le chant des oiseaux et les enfants étaient ravis de voir les écureuils !

Très belle location, idéalement située
Belle et grande maison, très bien équipée, et idéalement située proche du centre et de la plage avec des vélos à disposition pour profiter des pistes cyclables en bord de mer. Un grand merci à notre hôte qui s'est adapté à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ, et a même aidé notre fille avec ses maths!
Nous espérons y retourner et recommandons vivement cette location.

Une bulle de détente.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Deux mamans avec nos 4 ados et enfants jeunes-adultes, nous avons pu profitez de cette belle location où chacun avait sa chambre (sauf les deux filles qui voulaient absolument être dans la même chambre, ce qui a été possible grâce aux deux BZ du salon du bas!). Nous avons profité de la localisation parfaite de cette location, entre ville et plage, à deux pas de tout. Parfait pour nous qui aimons le tout à pied !
De vrai vacances pour chacun. À refaire ! Et l’hôte est charmant et très accueillant ce qui facilite encore plus le séjour. Merci Mr Rompion pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.

Superbe séjour au calme
Nous avons passé un week-end entre amis dans la maison de M. Rompion. Tout était parfait. La maison est propre et bien équipée. Nous avons pu profiter du barbecue dans le jardin qui est agréable et calme. Nous étions 5 et avions chacun une chambre. La maison est organisée en deux appartements distincts avec chacun une cuisine et une salle de bain. L'étage est spacieux et un large couloir (avec un beau parquet!) dessert l'ensemble des chambres. Si l'occasion se présente, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Agréable location très bien située dans quartier calme et résidentiel de la Baule. Très fonctionnelle et suffisamment spacieuse pour accueillir groupe et grande famille. Tout est propice pour passer un séjour même très court avec tout le linge fourni, les équipements en double. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et disponible. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

Maison très bien située. Au centre-ville, mais au calme, à quelques minutes du bord de mer. Très bien équipée. Le propriétaire est charmant et arrangeant. En plus, les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Je vous recommande !

Très bon séjour, la maison est conforme à la description. 2 étages qui communiquent par un escalier extérieur, personnellement nous n'avons occupé que l'étage superieur. La maison est à moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre et de la mer. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant sur l'heure d'arrivée. Merci de votre confiance Alain !

On était 9 à 10 dans cette maison pour les vacances de Toussaint.On est très bien placés puisque tout peut se faire à pieds : courses, marché, plage, cinéma.
On a apprécié les lits faits à notre arrivée, et la cuisine est bien équipée. Le propriétaire est sympathique et s'est adapté à nos souhaits d'arrivée/départ.
Je recommande vivement cette location.

Parfait pour loger du monde. Nous avons surtout utilisé la pièce du bas qui est parfaite pour notre groupe (10 personnes).
Les trois salles de bain sont très appréciables.
