The location is excellent, the 24/7 security is a major plus, and the room has great space and was cleaned great.

Probably only add some Kleenex or tissues.

The location is perfect, nice neighborhood. Safe to walk around anytime.

The apartment is clean and in good condition. They clean everyday and give you fresh towels. Location is very good. The doormen are kind.

The light in the bathrooms is too low, it’s hard to do your makeup there. And the WiFi is really bad.

I’ve stayed in countless hotels and apartments and have never encountered an access policy this restrictive. Only the people registered to your room may enter the entire building. Not just stay overnight — ENTER. A third person cannot even come into the lobby. Every person who walks through the door counts against your room’s registration limit. Management confirmed this applies even to temporary access. A physiotherapist, massage therapist, or other professional providing a service cannot enter, even if properly identified and registered with security. When I pointed out the obvious distinction between room occupancy and temporary access, management repeatedly responded that my room was “only for two people,” as though I simply didn’t understand the rule. I understood it perfectly. The problem is the rule. They even explained that a doctor or ambulance would be allowed in an emergency. Reassuring to know that first responders are apparently where they finally draw the line. Security is reasonable. Registering visitors is reasonable. Treating every person who enters the building as an additional occupant is not reasonable hospitality. What ultimately made the situation worse was management’s dismissive response to a legitimate concern, eventually reducing it to “it’s that simple.” And perhaps it is. Had the reality of this policy — and management’s attitude toward guests who question it — been apparent before booking, I would have stayed elsewhere. I will not return and cannot recommend this property.
