Junior suite with swivel tv is great. In my opinion better than the regular suite which is more expensive, but doesn’t have 2 tvs. Only complaint is no mini refrig.

The hotel staff was great and so helpful in helping us plan our days. The rooms were big and beds linens towels, robes and slippers comfortable. The pillows were not comfortable. The room would have been perfect if they got new better pillows. We enjoyed the location of the hotel near many attractions and restaurants. The gym was very nice also.

After reading all the reviews, I decided to book the Marquis Reforma Hotel in Mexico City for a family spring break getaway, and I was not disappointed - my family's experience was one of the best we've ever had. The staff (especially the concierge Jose) was super accommodating and so nice. The cleanliness of the hotel and our room was beyond our expectations. The food (room service and restaurants) was excellent. We had an upgraded room (higher floor) that featured a wrap around terrace that was such a nice surprise. The weather was perfect all week long, allowing us to spend many mornings and evenings taking in the sunrises, sunsets, and city sounds (not for everyone). With Mexico City being such a short flight for us, we definitely be returning to Marquis Reforma for future trips!

The property was beautiful. The only downfall was there was only 1 elevator out of the 2 working. Therefore, it took a lot of time waiting for the elevator to open and take us to the floor.

I love this hotel very convenient
for all. Now I remember the door keys still very old they get discharge all the time.
I have to keep asking to come to open the door.

This is a wonderful hotel. The installations are very impressive and the best of all is the staff.

The hotel is ideally located to walk to many restaurants or easily get an Uber to many sites. We walked to dinner every night. You can go one block or two from Reforma and have a very reasonably priced meal. The staff is friendly. The rooms are large with nice bathrooms. The room service menu doesn’t have prices so be careful! The buffet breakfast is very good.

First family vacay and we were expecting so much more from this hotel as advertised. They had construction that they had not previously advised. Started before 9am and went well into evening, creating lots of noise. Finally switched rooms but it took me calling 3 times and then calling 2X for service to help w/ bags. No comps offered. Had several problems with keys not working in rooms and elevators. Limited food options on-site. One young male valet service was particularly most helpful, but I barely see how this hotel is rated above 3 stars

Overall good. We stayed in a double bed suite, it was a very spacious room with fantastic views of the city. The staff was very helpful. Restaurant food in the piano bar was delicious and breakfast buffet was excellent. The only negative comment is about the lobby area, needs more seating and cleaner sofas.

The hotel is old and hasn’t been updated in a while. Rooms are small and dark. Customer service was great and the hotel is located in a great area. However, it is not a luxury hotel as advertised.

Hotel is clean, rooms are big, workers are very warm and accommodating. swimming pool is nice. You need to pay extra for the jacuzzi use boo!!!
Only thing i did not like is the food in the restaurant. It's not that tasty for me. But i think it's me. I have a poor mans taste bud. I enjoyed the street food around the corner. They have better coffee and food. Don't take it from me okay. Service is 5 star. They give you bread and butter and spicy sauce with refills of bread and sauce.
Over all if im in mexico city this is moneys worth.

2nd time stay here. but once again has something wrong with check in. maybe is because i arrive 1hour early. so front desk give me the other room than the Junior suit

Great stay! We were upgraded to a penthouse room which was great for space, and exciting to press PH on the elevator. Dining was not as delicious as we had hoped, but that's the only downside.

One star because the elevator fell down one floor while I was in it together with my partner. It stopped and we pressed the alarm button. After some time it started moving again and we could get out. We were both very scared by this. We told the staff but they didn’t do anything, not even closed the elevator.
Besides this there were many more things wrong with the service at this hotel, but where overshadowed by this. I will update my post later with more details about the service.

My husband and I were there for the Grand Prix. We changed our reservation at a different hotel last minute and we could not be happier about our decision. So close to everything, the staff was all sooo nice and helpful, the hotel was extremely clean and smelled so good! The Dia de Los Muertos decorations were so beautiful!
We truly rate a place based on service, Marquis went above and beyond and even had a welcome basket with Mexican candy in our room. I will definitely be back soon!
A major plus was meeting el señor Arturo outside the hotel, he offers private transportation and tours. He was extremely professional and we felt safe exploring the town. Thank you for everything!
