A stylish colonial-kind of hotel establishment. A quiet home-like feek kind of stay. Very convenient location. Excellent friendly staff.
Room was bit small and stuffy with hardly any air flow. From time to time we'd encounter small insects. Sometimes the keyless card would not work properly, a minor inconvenience

The property is great in an excellent location, and delicious restaurant.
Our family of 4 have stayed in this hotel before but this time around we were given the worst room ever, on the ground floor by one of the most trafficked streets in CDMX. Sleeping felt as if our beds were in the middle of the street. This was a nightmare since we were super tired after a transatlantic flight. We asked the personnel to give us please another (quiet) room but they didn’t have any available; they offered us earplugs instead but that didn’t help some of us. In our view, that room should NOT be a hotel room; should be used as reception or else because it is literally just as one enters from a very busy street. This review is coming from a Mexican who used to live in CDMX, so I am not exaggerating.
