Friendly helpful staff, good location, reasonable quiet, filtered water readily available, spacious room, clean.
OK breakfast but juice and coffee was pre-sweetened.

The hotel has a very good location!
Beds aren't comfortable. Facilities are not clean and they lack maintenance. I had to change rooms because of a water leak and the second room had broken curtains. Despite having a coffee machine, no courtesy coffee was provided. The staff was completely un attentive and unhelpful.
