Great location for your money. The staff was really nice and helpful the minute we walked in. We arrived early and they secured our luggage until we came back from exploring the city thar day. It was nice that there was always at the front desk for any questions throughout the day and night. There's also a security guard around 24hrs which made me feel safe everytime i stepped in and out of the hotel.The girl at the breakfast area upstairs was very helpful and she kept the area clean all the time and food was delicious. We loved their coffee machine. There is a sitting area all the way to top of building to sit and chill with a view. Coffee shops and street vendors for tacos around the hotel to grab a bite at night or early in the morning.
It would be nice if the room had a small refrigerator. The hotel booked me a tour package but the company was charging me 2000 extra pesos when the tour concluded.

We were in room number 1 so we did hear everyone arrive back at night. Most people weren't too loud, but we did wake up a few times because of the noise. Other than that, everything was great.

Location
Flies in the bathroom, extremely dark rooms, towels were worn out, room didn’t feel clean, keycard deactivated 3 times during our stay.
