Great location and fun neighborhood, with good shops, restaurants, and bars. The room (402) was very spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. They answered every request promptly and politely and were very accommodating.
The entrance hall should have a side ramp to make it easier to reach the reception desk with luggage instead of using the stairs.
An AC in the room would be a good addition, since sleeping with the window open isn't an option because of the street noise.

Great location for restaurants and cafes, staff were very accommodating, nice rooftop and gym area and access to laundry a bonus. Well equipped kitchenette and access to many options on TV, if needed.
Bathroom was a little tight on space but once in, the shower was great.

This is literally one of the best stays you could ever ask for in Mexico City. Amazing location right by everything. Safe. Clean. Beautiful rooftop view. Comfortable. The staff is great.
