location is great. rooms are functional, design is nice, AC works well, on the street but quite silent with dual pane windows. close to restaurant and streets with nice architecture. I like the brick style of this moderne building
nothing they can do about it, but hallway can get noisy so entering you have to be silent. no breakfast

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was excellent and close to a number of restaurants and sites I wanted to visit. As a solo travel, I felt safe in the neighborhood and at ULIV Roma Norte. I would consider staying here again when I visit again and have recommended it to friends.
There isn't an elevator, so keep that in mind.
