Good location, good appearance at the first sight, some deficiencies inside

Hotel is very well located in Roma Norte neighborhood that is probably one of the best in the entire Mexico City. Rooms are spacious, it is possible to open windows and they allow for good night rest. Breakfast is of buffet type and it offers a very good and wide selection of different Mexican style dishes. Beside the Mexican dishes, there is also an egg and taco station station with very kind lady that is doing her best with all the orders. Also, I really appreciate the efforts of the hotel to give a chance to persons of different backgrounds, even to those with a certain level of physical disability.

When we talk about the location I have to point out, although this is definitely not the fault of the hotel, that just about 100 meters away from the hotel, in nearby Jardín Pushkin (Pushkin Garden), there is a sewage collector station that spreads very unpleasant smell. Rooms, although spacious, look old and tired and are in need of urgent upgrade/renovation. Bathrooms are poor with fixed shower heads that simply do not allow proper shower taking. Breakfast, although buffet style, does not offer some more globalized dishes although the clientele is very global. Those not used eating Mexican dishes will be very unsatisfied and hungry especially when we take a high price of the breakfast into account. During the night there was evident that some of the guests were behaving in an improper way by loudly speaking in the halls and also by allowing the children to play in the halls until the midnight. I am sorry to say, but I could not recommend this property.

El hotel está muy lindo, el personal es muy amable y las habitaciones son muy cómodas, algunos detalles en cuanto a limpieza, pero como somos familia, nosotros llevamos artículos para limpiar un poco más y tratamos de dejar limpio. Está bien ubicado, hay muchos lugares para desayunar, comer y cenar. Nosotros nos vamos a la segura, Bisquet Obregón y Orinoco. En general, todo increíble.❤️

Expensive and outdated but great location

Spacious rooms, coffee making facilities, clean and great location right in the centre of Roma.

Wifi didn’t work which made it difficult to plan activities and the aircon leaked. Overpriced for what it is.

more attention to "little" maintenance issues : a broken door of the closet which was repaired upon request and a burnt bulb which was not replaced (I guess it's still dark)

Good value for a friendly and well located stay

The staff is friendly, the location is great, paid breakfast is very good.

The bed is a bit out of shape, the shower smells a lot to humidity.

Needs some improvement

Great location - good value for money.

This is my second stay at this hotel - last stay in 2022. I see a visible decline in facilities. The hotel needs refurbishment. Also not having a mini fridge in the room is a hassle. I had to change my room twice - first it wasn’t what I booked and the second the AC didn’t work.

Very good

All the staff was wonderful & friendly. The hotel was very clean. Great location & neighborhood. The restaurant is ok. But we only had one meal there. A lot of good restaurants in this area. And the value is great also. We were there to explore the city. We really were in the room basically to sleep. I do wish they had some channels on the TV in English. The only real negative was that it took a long time for hot water to reach the sink. Turn on the shower & that helps.

There was not anything we did not like. In my previous remarks I pointed out the 2 things that could be better.

Get 5 star treatment and facilities at a 3 star rate.

All the staff, from concierges, desk, and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. I was late getting back for checkout but they were understanding and only helpful. This felt like a 5 star hotel while paying the common rate for a 3 star hotel. I'll be back.

My shower only seemed to have hot and scalding hot for temperature. Never found the cold water.

Good value/price for the location, everything else standard or not great.

The location was very convenient for our stay. Walking distance from a lot of restaurants, bars and many other interesting things. Far from touristic sites or cool shopping areas tho, but close enough to Bosque de Chapultepec. Good value for money.

Breakfast limited to one serving of a pre-arragned menu, which is not disclosed in reservation nor at check-in. If you want more you have to pay. The hotel is old and there are many aesthetic details that are troubling. Our room wasn't tidied up even after asking, we had to insist. The tour we hired was not good value/price.

A good landing place for a short stay

the hotel is basic but functional, the breakfast is good though costs extra, the staff was friendly and helpful.

the room was ok but a little tired and the aircon was noisy.

Great choice if you a budgeting a little

high quality of this price range. location is chill with good restaurants and not too bustling. Facilities are a bit old but they made the bathroom quite clean, which is a plus

The business center (printer/computer) facility could be upgraded.
