Kindness of the restaurant staff. Cleanliness of the rooms. Also the concierge was kind and gave us excellent advice.

Location and room comfort and lovely helpful staff.
Water was given in small plastic bottles. We found the big bottle of purified water in the gym so had enough drinking water without plastic pollution but weren’t told by the desk.
