Great location, we felt very safe, it was clean and quiet. Good water pressure and temperature.
An overall good experience and we could choose again the same hotel with no worries. The cafe at the entrance is also cute and makes great espresso.
There isn’t actually something that would make us not choose this apartment. 9/10 is because there is no WOW experience. For clarity, I will mention that there is no bathroom door and this is actually shown on the apartment photos. (There is a door actually only for the toilet). This was not an issue for us, just clarifying. Also there is no air condition, but to be honest this isn’t needed. Room temperature during our stay in August was perfect. Even if there was A/C, we wouldn’t have used it. We stayed 3 nights and there was no cleaning. We didn’t mind, I think they are offering cleaning on stays over a week, but if things important for someone I guess this has to be discussed with the property beforehand.

Great location on a beautiful tree lined Street .very helpful staff. Lovely coffee shop, downstairs shower pressure and bed was comfortable. full kitchen, including cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc..
One side of the bed was super narrow next to the wall and not easy to get in and out of. Could be a bit noisy at night with neighbors talking outside on their patio or watching TV.

The property itself.
The building is quite old, and the apartment was dark with limited natural light. Being located on the ground floor, you can clearly hear people talking outside, which affects privacy and comfort. The entrance resembles that of a “vecindad” (communal housing), which gives a run-down impression. Overall, the price does not match the quality or condition of the property.
