The location above all is great. La Condesa is a great neighbourhood and this property is very well positioned within it. It is also a quiet area with a fabulous taqueria just opposite - El Califa - and close to public transport. There are lots of restaurants and cafes very near by. We had a nice view of the treetops from the balcony which made it the air feel a bit cleaner. The room was spacious enough and best of all plenty of natural light. Smiley cleaning staff. I would recommend it for a short stay.
Could've been cleaner - not swept under the bed - and the room had an intense smell of smoke (room 401). In all fairness we didn't complain or asked for change of room but maybe the management can do something about this? The roof terrace is amazing but unfortunately there's very little one can use it for as there are no facilities. For instance a small kettle in the room or in the common roof terrace area would allow you to make a cup of tea. There's a coffee machine in the room but that's it. This is an accommodation without a reception area so you never really get to see anyone except occasionally a glimpse of the cleaning staff.

Clean and great location. The room is very pretty.
There is no space to store your luggage after check out, which was quite inconvenient.

Cozy, has the essentials. Peaceful neighborhood, street market on Tuesdays just downstairs. Neighborhood is great form morning runs. Several coffe shops and restaurants around. Doctors office, coffe shop and Oxxo right across the street!
A tad noisy in the evenings and night due to street noise.
