There was a woman with long hair that was very friendly and accommodating. She always asked me if I was okay and gave me her hair clip when I was looking for something to tie my hair back. The hotel was in a good location close to cafes, park and restaurants.
The property needs updating. One of the mornings the water was randomly shut off. It didn’t mess up my plans and it only happened one morning. I was in room 2 and you the room was incredibly noisy. I could hear people walking past outside, people coming into the hotel because my room was right by the door, i could hear housekeeping loudly talking while cleaning starting at 8 am. Over the weekend I heard a group of guys loudly laughing around 2 am. Thankfully I’m not a light sleeper so I was eventually able to fall asleep.

The property is located to many great restaurants just around the corner. We where within 20 minutes walking distance of other hot spots like Roma and Chapultepec Park. Our room had a balcony that was great for sitting and relaxing listening to the sounds of CDMX.
Nothing negative really stood out. It was my second stay at Condesa. It’s inexpensive and nice.

The location is good! There are different restaurants, cafes and even a good bakery near by. The staff there was helpful on which restaurant to eat and such.
The Wi-fi was not stable.

I came to spend a night because it is too noisy on weekends in my home. I only like the reception process, it was descent.
The room is not what was sold via pictures. It is very modest, quite small, but this is not the question - the other photos (or really improved ones) were applied. If I knew the difference would be so vivid, I would have stayed in other place. With the real room I got 1256 pesos is an exaggerated price. I cam to sleep, the room is out to the street (tomales calentitos) and I still had to use my ear plugs. Beh.
