Location was great, nice neighborhood, walking distance to museums, many options for food, drinks; breakfast was basic but OK, staff was great. Comfortable room big screen TV.
Breakfast offerings were limited and got a bit old after a few days.

It's a high quality hotel but overpriced for what you get. It's small and intimate, but didn't feel like a boutique hotel experience. Breakfast was a basic continental breakfast - fruit & yoghurt, toast or waffles, and cold hard boiled eggs. Coffee was bland. For the rate we paid, a hot breakfast cooked to order plus a selection of pastries would have been appropriate. The main entrance is permanently locked from the inside. You cannot leave the hotel until the front desk person lets you out, which could sometimes be annoying as the front desk person was often off doing something else.

I wanted the full breakfast and they had switched to a continental breakfast. Neither the property nor booking.com informed me of this. The free shuttle from the was slow and unresponsive and provided by booking.com.

A True Luxury Boutique Experience. Will Absolutely Return. After 9 days at this property, I can confidently say this is one of the finest boutique hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I will without a doubt be returning. From the moment you arrive, the attention to detail is evident in everything. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and every day you have fresh, warm towels and a daily refill of complimentary snacks and water; those small touches that make a huge difference over a longer stay. Housekeeping is exceptionally thorough, and the turn down service each evening adds a lovely sense of indulgence at the end of the day.
The property itself is a gem: quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful courtyard space that’s perfect for unwinding. The location is excellent, putting you right where you need to be without any of the noise you’d expect. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi and 24/7 security rounded out a stay where I genuinely felt comfortable and well taken care of at every hour.
But what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Alejandra, in particular, embodies what luxury hospitality should feel like: warm, attentive, and seemingly always one step ahead of what you might need. The entire team shared that same spirit, making every interaction feel genuine rather than transactional. If you’re looking for a boutique experience that delivers real luxury without losing its personal touch, look no further. This is it.
