Exceptionally clean, very nice and spacious. Excellent facilities, located near great restaurants and coffees.
I booked a family room, however the room we were given didn’t accommodate all of us. I imagined that the sofa was meant to be for using as a bed, but it was not set up as such.

Location was incredible and could not be beat. Convenient having a Starbucks in the lobby. Staff was very pleasant and usually able to get ahold of quickly.
Bed broke and we were responsible for paying the damages; AC unit settings were locked and couldn’t lower temperature; television was extremely inaccessible; amenities were not as advertised (gym, 24/7 access, laundry); bedding did not get changed daily (just remade).
