Amazing, beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The room was super comfortable and had all the facilities we needed, with a great shower, beds, and pillows. The small breakfast on the rooftop was a lovely touch, and the staff there were just as friendly. The design of the hotel is beautiful throughout.
Nothing really. Just a heads-up that there is no elevator, which was no problem for us, but good to know if you’re staying on the higher floors (we reached the fifth floor by stairs).

Good location within walking distance of nice restaurants and shops. Rooftop area that has a relaxing atmosphere. Comfortable bed and stylish decor.
Despite the stylish decor, was a slightly bit tired and could do with a little refresher and a super clean

The location was great, nice neighborhood very walkable. The Continental breakfast was a nice surprise.
We were initially put on the ground floor with a room that you could see directly from the entrance, they tried to tell us this was an upgrade because it had an outdoor space, it also only had a double bed. I complained and they moved us to the 4th floor (no elevator) not good for someone with a recent knee replacement.
The room was fairly spartan and for a hotel in Mexico where the water is questionable we receive only 2 complimentary 330 ml bottles for the 4 days we were there.
The hotel arranged our transport to the airport, the car was less than clean and beaten up and the driver delivered us to the wrong terminal even though we told him the terminal number, twice.
