small B&B, ok for one night but not more

the location in la Condesa

the room had no outside window, hot water was come and go making difficult to wash hair, the breakfast was very limited : no eggs, few bread, no tea…

We enjoyed our stay at this charming posada in a beautiful neighborhood.

The location was great. We could walk to restaurants. It felt very safe. We had a lovely balcony.

The breakfast could have been better.

MISLEADING ! OVERPRICED AND OVERRATED. Don’t stay here.

The location is great in the beautiful Condesa. The staff was attentive

MISLEADING! This place is extremely overpriced and overrated. I honestly don’t understand the “very good” reviews. The three guests that were staying at it were very dissatisfied and disappointed.One of them left and we couldn’t wait to check out. If you want a nice place don’t stay here. The room didn’t even have the basic needs. They could do so much better. It feels like they don’t really care about guests satisfaction and comfort. Only the $$$. They offer “breakfast included” but it’s just a toast with margarine and jelly and coffee. I need to say that Josué and Azucena we’re good. But I wouldn’t stay here nor recommend it. Don’t believe the pictures nor the rating.This place should be a one star.

Friendly, chilled out and a fantastic location. I would recommend this place for first timers in Mexico City.

Greeted by friendly staff, with the rooms cleaned well daily and great location in La Condesa making it a great base to explore México city from. It had a rustic homely feel so you didn’t feel like you were in a hotel, which I liked. Good value for the price.

It would have been great if there was a hair dryer available and if there was someone on sight a bit more frequently to ask questions about the city from.

Great location and fantastic value

Very comfortable room and bed in a fantastic location! The hosts were very helpful, offering recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. Fantastic value for where you stay in the city, could not recommend enough!

location

room without a window, light switched on in staircase every night, reception guy was a bit on the jump but available via WhatsApp, breakfast very basic, generally very quite and not many other guests

That first time in Mexico city .... 🇲🇽

Nice room, good location and the staff are very helpful. The hotel is clean and tidy and has a nice relaxing vibe to it.

Nothing not to dislike, I didn't have any issues with anything. Everything that I needed, the hotel had or they made it available.

only the location

very small room with a wood floor that was coming up in places. Also one of the caretakers smoked all the time which was annoying. There was never anyone at “ the desk” and saying that breakfast was included is pushing it. A slice of cake or toast and coffee is what there is.

Serviceable staff, located in a really nice and safe area

The one little thing is the lack of AC. The weather was perfect the week I was there, so I was fine! But keep it in mind if you book during a heat wave.

Warm, friendly and clean.

Place and location are superb. Walking distance to tons of restaurants. Public transportation is close as well as main roads, but house is off on a smaller quiet street. The staff are great. Josue, is an incredible asset. He’s smart, courteous and friendly. Anything you need he can send you in the right direction. I highly recommend anyone stay here.

Quiet place to stay and recargue our batteries while visiting this beautiful city!

This is the perfect location for staying in MX city! The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet.

Didn’t love the breakfast.

Very good

Location was in a great neighborhood -- very walkable and safe. The staff was very helpful!

Noise carried very easily, so loud guests made it hard to sleep a few nights

Cozy and friendly

Wonderful, attentive staff, very clean rooms, and fair room rates. The hotel is on a quiet street, yet within an easy walk to a wide variety of excellent cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, and parks. Will stay here again!

Floors are a little creaky, but that is expected in an older B&B. It’s a very minor inconvenience for the charm of the place.

Comfortable Room in welcoming hotel in green quiet convenient neighborhood.

Beautiful neighborhood. Quiet, green lots of parks, restaurants, coffee shops. Walking distance to Chapultepec Park and other attractions. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. It was great.

Internet was slow sometimes.
