This property exceeded my expectations. It is very clean, is fabulously curated with absolute style and amazing art everywhere. I felt like I was staying in someone’s home instead of a stuffy hotel. The staff especially Diego who was working during my stay was nothing short of amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and I loved the honesty bar/drinks. Meeting and sharing experiences with other guests was also a bonus.
The exact location is a bit difficult to find at first as it is on a side street is you will that runs parallel to Benjamin Franklin, but that is not a fault of the property.

The location is perfect, walkable and safe.
Lovely facility in a gorgeous historical home. The art everywhere adds such a nice touch!

I had 57 tabs open looking for the "right" place, and was lucky to have found this gem. From the room with the view into the trees, to the complimentary mezcal tasting, the lovely staff, the relative quiet that is so hard to find in this city, and the safe location... All was wonderful. Just book it

Breakfast is fine but limited.
My room did not have hot water for 2 days and then hot water also didn’t work another time (eventually fixed). I was without hot water for more than half of the times I took showers. I would have expected the property to offer some discount, but, nothing.
The housekeepers hung up dirty towels from on the bathroom floor. More than once. I left a note in Spanish and English telling them I wanted clean towels. It’s gross.
