Great location and nice rooms.

Great location, good room over looking park and close to restaurants, coffee shops and bars.

Water not working first day, then next two days no hot water. Breakfast menu never varies.

El hotel esta en obra y remodelacion hay q sacarlo de servicio No hay veladores para cada huesped, las escaleras angostas, Ruidos de obra temprano, las pileta de las habitaciones están fuera de servicio todo a medio hacer

Chill hotel in a dog friendly dessert loving neighborhood

Great central location. Close to airport yet far enough away to be in another world. Close to business downtown but lots of parks to walk through and plenty of dining options within walking distance. Also a bar on the roof with great chill lounge style music on the weekends.

No complaints. Staff was friendly accommodating and always accessible. Lots of great people living in the neighbor walking their dogs.

Not great for older patrons. May be okay for young healthy physically fit customers.

Location in La Condesa was perfect. Park across the street and walking distance to wonderful restaurants.

We were on 3rd floor with no elevator access. To get breakfast coupon, go down 3 flights of stairs to desk on main floor, leave key as security, go up to 4th floor to restaurant. When finished with meal, go down to main floor, to get key to get back into room on 3rd floor. Stairs are narrow and dark. When it rains, it feels slippery.

Usually around 12am to 1 am a lot of noise coming from the side of room 202 and above I don't know if it was the kitchen closing or employees dragging trash down the stairs That was horrible

Quirky hotel full of character in great location

I read some really negative reviews here and was concerned, but now that I’ve stated there I don’t know what those people are on about, I loved this hotel! It’s quirky and beautiful, feels uniquely Mexican, the staff were all amazing, the rooms were comfy and totally fine for the affordability, and the location was unbeatable for Condesa (across from the main park, with corners full of incredible cafes and bars either side of it). The rooftop restaraunt and bar is genuinely worth going to (I’d go for a late night dinner and drink to live jazz even if I wasn’t staying there). I have zero complaints but one (see below!)

They wouldn’t let us sit at the great tables in the rooftop restaurant overlooking the park for breakfast, and we couldn’t figure out why until we realised they were keeping them for the public who hadn’t paid for their meals already. Sorry, but as paying guests, we should be allowed to sit there.

Good location and beautiful hotel

The location of the hotel is excellent, you can walk to the main places, you have alot of restaurants close and the hotel is so beautiful, the restaurant and the food are very good.

The room is so noisy, you can hear the music of the bar and is no confortable, if you want to watch the tv, the volume is so low and you hear more the music of the bar than the tv.

BETTER HOTELS FOR SAMENOR LOWER PRIVE NEARBY

Visiting families was not allowed and expelled from premises. NO GUEST ALLOWED PERIOD NO MATTER FAMILY RELATIVES!! NO AIR CONDITIONING SUPER HOT! DONT STAY HERE. You can find better hotels for the price we paid to stay here.

Look for the cost the location is amazing. Could be better if bed was not as hard and noise was less

Noise from the restaurant at night. We had two nights of load banging for several hours. Also the bed was very hard.

Great location, nice hotel, super clean but with some things/details to work on

The location.

There is no elevator and we had a third floor room. My friend is 65 years old. No easy for her. The hotel did not have parking space. Needed to park 3 blocks from there. My TV wasn’t working the first night. I called twice to get it fixed and after 1 hour of waiting I just gave up and went to sleep. A person then showed up around 11:00 pm, too late.

Pleasant

Taxi booked through hotel was a scam (person demanded more money than hotel had negotiated). When mentioned to hotel staff they seemed to know person was not trustworthy and were apologetic, but were not prepared to offer any refund.

It was ok staying but not any more

Location was good. Staffs specially manager was good.

They should check for all appliances are working before they let guest inn. Freeze was not working for many days % days . It was repaired only when I took it with Manager . Quality of breakfast was very very poor. We had to go other places to get our breakfast. I talked with some other guest who had same experience.

Beautiful building in a lovely area in Mexico City but too noisy to get a decent night sleep

It used to be an art gallery so there are beautiful paintings in the suite. We stayed in the King Suite which is very spacious and comfortable. Bottled water is provided everyday free of charge.

The noise outside and upstairs from the restaurant/ bar on Friday and Saturday night is really bad. I could still hear the noise with earplugs. We asked for a room at the back but the manager said there was a big group coming but we didn’t see too many people around so I’m not sure if that were actually the case. The bathroom was also pretty smelly because of the drainage pipes. The price is reasonable as it is a lovely area to stay in Mexico City but I would only stay in a room far away from the restaurant.

If you're not planning to stay in, this place is ok (location is great).

We had to book a place last minute because we lost our flight, and this was the cheapest we could find in Condesa. Location is great, and the staff is friendly and professional.

The room was tiny, and the walls were as thick as paper because we could hear everything people talked on the hallway and other rooms. We basically didn't sleep at all.

The hotel was very well taken care. Location excellent with little restaurants all around. The park was a bonus next door.

Staff was friendly. breakfast on the rooftop was good.

Beds were small and uncomfortable. The hotel was very loud - people coming in and out in the middle of the night every night laughing, screaming, etc There is no elevator to the rooms. We stayed on the third floor, and had use narrow stairs to walk to the room or to carry our luggage down.
