Excellent hotel, located in a historical mid-century building. The staff is professional and courteous, attentive to the needs of the guests. The property is located in the beautiful Condesa neighborhood with easy access to top- line restaurants and boutiques. Highly recommended.

Starting with the staff they are the BEST they make you feel right at home. Staff is extremely helpful and so friendly not going to lie best hotel staff I've met traveling in the states and europe. The hotel including our room was always so well kept clean. We had their brunch

The staff was incredibly friendly. The concierge desk helped us set up transportation to and from the airport as well as gave great recommendations! The breakfast every morning was great and the rooftop bar and Terrazza restaurants were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Finally, the staff knew it was our anniversary and sent us complimentary chocolate-covered strawberries. It was a wonderful stay and we want to come back for our next anniversary! Thank you Andaz staff!
