Great hotel, great service provided by Isabel Trejo and all the security team. Profesional hotel for artists that requiere privacy and support. 24 hour room service delivers. Good stay.

The hotel is modern amd clean. However the hotel needs to update its Mattresses and Pillows!! The bed was unfortunately uncomfortable and the pillows where also very uncomfortable. At the end of tbe day if your beds are uncomfortable it negates all tne great things about the hotel. I came home with sore neck and back!

Beautiful hotel in quiet leafy Condesa.

We were a group of 4 and this hotel was amazing. Friendly staff, good location, amazing restaurants and the pool next door was available to use. It was very central and would definitely recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel.

Overall I liked this hotel fantastic location in Condesa lots of great restaurants and bars walking distance. big comfortable room. My third day I asked three times to have my room cleaned which finally happened but they kept leaving only decaf coffee pods (i thought must be caffeinated but a little internet research explained why my morning coffee did not wake me up) When I checked in they put me on the top floor which I appreciated until the night before my 8 am flight the skybar on the roof came alive. so loud my mirrors in the bathroom rattled and made noice to the base all till 2 am. Then at 4:30 am they decided to move all the tables above my head back in place. DO NOT STAY ON THE 8th floor. Plus skip room service expensive and not very good lots of better options close by.

The concierges were so nice and went out of their way to help. The property was nice, and the staff at the Sky Bar were really friendly.

Very ‘designer’ Good bathroom, great shower but stupid sink, water goes everywhere , and you can’t wash your knickers. Great gym. . Lots of bars. Shares many facilities with the Andaz hotel, basically in the sane building.

Great stay all around !

Dog friendly in a great location to explore the best of Mexico City. Room was spacious and well designed. Plenty of amenities onsite for when you don’t feel like leaving, especially liked the onsite Flour Bakery for the mornings.

In general the hotel has a good location and a great Mediterranean restaurant. We tried booking couple of tours through the hotel concierge and it was a disaster. We didn’t get a response on time and had to book directly from the vendors, which made us loose an entire day of planned activities. Twice during our stay our room was not cleaned. I complained to the management and they apologize but then it happened again. Very frustrating!

Arturo is the man to talk to. He was on top of everything we requested. Also, the concierge Melina, is super hospitable.

Don't get confused when booking the hotel if you look at photos and reviews on the internet. The Andaz and Mondrian share the space but are two different hotels. We stayed at the Mondrian. Take note that we had problems with water pressure and air in the pipes when using hot water. We assumed that this was because the hotel is in an old neighborhood so we did not talk to the front desk about this. The hotel was overall lovely and in a nice area of Mexico City. We ate several times at Chloe, The Flower Shop and Derba Matcha Café, some of the dining options on the joint properties and enjoyed the food. However, they need to improve the support provided by the front desk staff. We had a problem with connecting to the ChromeCast after using it for one of the days. We called the front desk 3-4 times to get assistance and they kept saying that someone would come assist but no one came. Then the following day, we had to go to the front desk three times before the issue was resolved. On the first occasion, I asked if they could move us to a room where the service works but I only wanted to do so if it was really necessary and they said that this would be possible. By the third visit to the front desk, when I asked if we can rather be moved to another room, they said it would be difficult because they are expecting a lot of people checking-in to the hotel. They were clearly having a problem with the service but instead of being honest with us about it, they kept dismissing us.

Very comfortable and modern room. Definitely a 5* hotel level. Room service breakfast was great. Had a couple of minor issues that were rectified quickly and professionally.

The property is extraordinarily loud. I was promised multiple times that they would move me to a room on the quieter side of the hotel only to learn in the evening that it was not possible. Then, I was charged an extra night and am currently having to dispute that with my credit card because the hotel will not respond to emails requesting a correction.

Super-helpful staff, lovely facilities (some shared with the Andaz next door, which is also very nice. Rooms were excellent and the surrounding area was really nice to explore, with some great eating / drinking options. Hope I can come back!

This is a beautiful hotel with great amenities --BUT the music pumps all day and night--it was loud when we went to sleep at night and loud at 6 AM. The gym and breakfast were excellent!

Chic hotel with a party vibe

Great hotel. Very clean and modern. The location is near the Metro and buses. It's near a couple of small parks that are lined with trendy restaurants. Nice, safe, quiet area that's not near the large chain stores or skyscrapers.

Nice stay at the Mondrian in a convenient area of the city, with a short walk to the metro. Staff in the reception area and lobby were ok but lacked that friendly professionalism. Couldn’t fault staff in dining areas and bars. Room had a strange light that was motion activated, so this kept coming on throughout the night, every time I moved in bed, which wasn’t great. Overall, lovely stay.

This is a gem of 20th c. architecture and as a Mexico City resident, I am happy to see it brought back to life. The staff go above and beyond to make the guests' stay comfortable. The hotel interior and individual rooms are very clean. Same for the inner courtyard and the immediate exterior. Dining options at the hotel proper are able to stand up to the competition (many restaurants in the neighborhood) when it comes to quality for the price point. When it comes to the condition of the furniture, however, there are details that I would not expect at a newer 5-star property. I hope that this varies from room to room and that my experience may be the exception rather than the rule. eg. It is a first that I sit on a hotel chair and one leg breaks off. Repairs crew's view is that the chair construction is subpar. Room window allows to be opened but the handle gives every indication that it might tear off. The way that the shower head is mounted, it's difficult to prevent water from leaking outside the bathroom, unless one'd stick to using the detachable shower head. The wardrobe door just outside appears to have suffered from that circumstance; the lower portion bloated and its surface peeled. Will this deter me from staying at the Mondrian again? Not at all, but I hope that this kind of details are addressed sooner than later.

We loved the hotel and the location. Staff are great and helped us with booking different tours and also reservations in hard to get in restaurants. We loved our stay !!

Luxe room. Book with the terrace. Enjoy a cocktail at Sky Bar. Easy walk to the park. Late night tacos across the street.

What I enjoyed about this hotel was the overall cleanliness and top class feel. From the moment you approach the door there is someone to greet you the fragrance in the lobby is magnificent. The rooms are well equipped and offer you several services. Room service is 24hrs. To top it all off they have a bar on the top floor called Skybar!

Great amenities, rooftop bar is really nice, will stay here again!

Went to Mexico City for the weekend. The hotel is in a great location close to a lit of great restaurants and attractions. The hotel bar and spa were incredible as well.
