Friendly staff, great and safe area, clean, activities offered.
Small space, can be tight if many people are in the room at once , no elevator so must carry luggage upstairs but staff can help!

The decor and the location.
The communication specifically the manager Andres. My stay was wildly and largely overshadowed by the behavior of manager Andres. He completely ignored my inquiries on multiple occasions and so it definitely affected my initial excitement about my stay. Update: Franchesca, the owner reached out via WhatsApp to apologize on his behalf.

The hostel is lovely, the location is amazing and the beds are very comfy
I found it hard to make friends here and the bathroom being inside the bedrooms is a little inconvenient
