Great location and good value. Close to parks, restaurants, cafes, Walmart Express and convenience stores. Very safe and walkable area. Had a sofa, table for two, safe, fridge, and kitchenette with 2 burner stove. No A/C but not really needed and was able to borrow an electric fan from front desk for added air circulation. Room had windows though and you can let the air in.
Just minor things which did not really affect my stay. Things such as better utensils and one or two broken cabinet handles. Hot water also tends to get used up at night so you have to leave the shower on for awhile and it gets lukewarm at most. If you are a foreigner, the staff only speak Spanish but you can get by with a translation app.

Really good stay for a few days, we didnt use any of the appliances dir the fact we were always out, and came late to a clean place every day.
All the staff was really friendly and super attentive.
Definitely renting this place out again in the future.
Just little fixtures need some repairs like the toilet paper holder but any other than that a good place

Location was perfect. Loved exploring the neighbourhood and surrounding suburbs. Staff were really helpful.
The couch and pillows in the room were very uncomfortable. The mini fridge didn’t work.

Shower was inconsistent in temperature. A little noisy. Very overlooked by other apartments
