The room was great for the price we paid.
The staff were a little rude, and we left our baggage on our checkout day for a couple of hours. While we appreciated them taking care of our luggage, they were not careful at all, and the guy taking care of it smelled like he was smoking pot.

This was our second time staying here, and once again we had an amazing experience! The location is everything, so convenient and perfect for enjoying Mexico City. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes the stay even better. We felt comfortable and at home the entire time. We will definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again!

The location at Capri 401 is convenient for exploring Chapultec and other sights. Ecobici just outside the door. House keeping was good, and the suite was clean.
The noise from the road is ubiquitous, even at night, but I slept ok with ear plugs. There is a stand-alone AC unit in the suite, but it’s crazy noisy. Everything is a bit run down, and neither the pool nor the hot tub were open.
