Comfortable, gave out a vibe of a nice family house. We felt happy there.
Be careful when bringing any food items. We had a closed packaging and a swarm of ants showed up. They were everywhere, however staff quickly took care of it.

(read whole review!!) The room itself was nice — clean, comfortable, and fairly spacious. The shared bathroom was also clean and bigger than expected, which was a plus. The real highlight, though, was the breakfast! 🥐 The food was great, and the breakfast staff were so kind and friendly — honestly, they were the saving grace of this place. Without that experience, I’d probably rate it lower.
Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either. The place is clean, the room was good, and the breakfast was fantastic. But the lack of professionalism and basic support really brought the experience down. I’m glad we only stayed one night
We had a couple of really strange experiences with (I think) the owner and her father. When we first arrived, we couldn’t figure out how to work the air conditioning. I called the number provided, and the woman who answered immediately went into a state of panic instead of just helping us out. It was hard to get a straight answer from her and she kept saying that no one was there to help. It was a bit awkward, but we eventually figured it out.
Later that night (around 10:45 p.m.), we came back from dinner and couldn’t get into our room because the door was jammed. We tried for about 30 minutes with no luck. When I called again, she got flustered and said she’d have to wake up her 80-year-old father to help us. He showed up clearly irritated, made snide comments about the air conditioning issue, and told us we broke the door and shouldn’t lock it again (??). It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially considering we paid a decent rate for the night.
It also felt weird that there was no staff on-site (or available at all!!) after hours. I understand it’s a small, family-run business, but guests shouldn’t feel guilty for asking for help when something goes wrong. The next morning, I spoke with another guest who said they also had issues with their door — so it definitely wasn’t just us.
