The rooms are lovely and the bed was so comfortable and great pillows - really liked the straighteners and hairdryer being supplied
Also loved the Cowshed products
We had breakfast and it was amazing!
We couldn’t bring ourselves to use the shower it looked grim not because it was t clean but the black slate hasn’t worn well and it looks very uninviting

Love the design, location and the large rooms and very welcoming atmosphere of the reception area. The staff are very helpful and friendly and everything is good quality.
The bed is extremely high and I struggle to get on it. I have mobility issues and think the bed in the accessibility rooms should be lower for safety.
There are no disabled parking spaces close to the motel entrance. They are near the restaurant which is too far for me to walk.

Easy to access where I needed to go
Partition door the separates bedroom to bathroom facilities did not work along with the tv reported to reception but nothing done during stay
Very limited privacy because of the door
