- Supermarkt und Parkplatz direkt hinter der Unterkunft
- Die Betten sind sehr kurz (Diamond Zimmer). Ich bin 1,86m groß und meine Füße hingen aus dem Bett.
- Alles sehr unpersönlich. Die Absprache mit dem Gastgeber ist sehr zweckorientiert. Checkin war erst nach 13 Uhr möglich.

La struttura è situata in una posizione centralissima e con le spiagge di San Vito molto vicine. E' una struttura moderna e arredata con gusto. Abbiamo trovato la camera sempre ben pulita, sia al check in che durante il soggiorno.
Consiglio utilizzo di asciugamani in spugna bianchi. Inoltre consiglio di installare un porta asciugamani vicino al lavandino per l'asciugamano viso. Se l'host fosse stato un po' più accondiscendente avrei messo 10.

Hall e reception inesistente a tutte le ore e prezzo esagerato per il servizio offerto. Salire 4 valigie soli al primo piano pur avendo una suite non è il massimo
