Loved the position of the property. Easy walking to beach, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Very importantly to us was the house was really warm which at this time of the year is vital for a cosy stay. The rooms were lovely, bedrooms, bathroom/shower-rooms (rainfall shower), kitchen and living room. We didn't use the dining room. Decoration was lovely with traditional features with all mod cons.

One bed was a bit soft but that is personal preference. We didn't have too much difficulty finding a parking space in local streets but having no parking space may cause a little inconvenience if you were staying a long time. We stayed for a couple of days so didn't have too much to carry from the car in one trip.

Beautiful big house in the heart of Filey, close to all amenities. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Nice outside area

Absolutely everything. What a beautiful house, expertly decorated to really high standards and well maintained. Spotlessly clean and so well equipped - the kitchen was probably better equipped than my own! Thought I had caught them out with no ice cube trays but of course there were 😄 No tacky, cheap stuff here, just tasteful items throughout. Lots of entertainment for kids including a Wii .
