The apartment is beautiful, clean and well located. Wonderful terrace.
- Missing Shampoo (was only conditioner)
- (This is positive feedback & Reassurance for future customers) - Owners requested a safety deposit upfront via phone and booking message. In today's modern world this raises so many red flags, and after i contacted booking directly to control, they confirmed that both property and this practice is legitimate for this place. To the owners, please, please, be careful, your intentions were kind and we had nothing but a fantastic stay, but i would highly advise to communicate this to future customers in a more transparent, "official" way. Saying "it's in the small text" over the phone only raises suspicion. We are all on high alert with bad actors around the world and i would like you not to experience any future complications as a legitimate, beautiful property. Thank you again!

Fantastic location close to Tottenham Court Road, Euston and Regent’s Park. Really well connected. Lovely apartment - nicely decorated and perfect size for two couples. Comfortable beds and nice and clean.
The small bathroom is SMALL - your bum sticks out the door if you try to bend over the sink to wash your face, and there’s not a lot of room to manoeuvre yourself when getting in and out of the shower. The shower head holder was broken too so couldn’t hold itself up, and only one light worked in that bathroom. We reported to management company though so hopefully they are fixed for the next guests.
It was warm in there too - top floor apartment and no air con (but we were provided with fans), so be prepared if you’re staying during the heatwave!
Random numbers of glasses. 5 champagne flutes but only one decent sized wine glass (being picky but see photo)
Frequent beeping from one of the digital controls out in the hallway, like every couple of hours. Very irritating! Couldn’t work out how to stop it.
