Rooms were good sized and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Room had plenty of light and air. Hotel has an elevator even for first floor good for people who have issues climbing stairs. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Options in complimentary breakfast may have been provided.

Room was decent enough for one person. Room was neat and clean.
They took payment in advance. Card swiping was not available, though at the time of booking amount was asked to be blocked in the card. Luckily UPI payment facility was available, otherwise cash payment is the only other option.
You have to sign the register for checkin and checkout at the time of checkin itself. Means, if anything happens, hotel record will show that you were not in the hotel.
Entrance and corridors are dingy, not recommended for family stay.
AC remote was not working. The shower in the bathroom was not in proper order and hot water was not available.
No complimentary sealed water bottle in the room. You have to buy it.
