The host, Slavica was very friendly and helpful
The room was spotless and in a great location. Only a few minutes walk from Pile gate yet in a quiet location
A very small thing but the pillow was quite hard but the bed made up for it as it was very comfortable

The location of the room was fantastic. The greeting and availability of the staff was great. The bed was very comfortable and they had a firm pillow which is hard to find at a hotel, it’s usually a fluffy pillow that is terrible for my neck and back. They had tea in the room and available in the hall.
I could hear other guests in the ha or moving above me but it’s an old building so is to be expected. It would have been nice to have an second large towel since I went to swim each day I was there so showered every day and the one towel was a bit wet and dirty by the third day but I could have reached out to the staff but I knew they were not on site so didn’t want to trouble them. Might be good to have a spare in the room or with the spare toilet paper in the hallway.
