Perfect location, 2mins walk from the Old Town walls but completely tranquil and calming setting. Staff went out of their way providing recommendations, great service. Would return!

Great hotel in an amazing location. Staff were friendly and helpful and answered our questions before we arrived too. The room had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was beautifully presented and well thought out each morning. Just a stunning hotel!

Excellent, from beginning to end. Ivana, Beri and Tina are wonderful hosts and will go above and beyond to make your stay in dubrovnik memorable. The hotel is excellently located near the old town, which was incredibly convenient from taking a break from the hustle n bustle, the heat or the rain. A beautiful boutique hotel, with a lot of fascinating history behind it. Breakfast is unreal, incredible continental breakfast. Wonderful balance. Excellent fresh oj and stunning coffee. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel, and more importantly the people who make this hotel as wonderful as it is. Rooms are well kept and beautiful but it is the staff who really make the place special. We’ll be returning for this hotel for its staff excellent care and service never mind Dubrovniks beautiful old town. This is a must. If you are reading reviews, you’re half way there. Book now. We had a fabulous stay here this week. The location is perfect being a stone's throw away from the old town, it feels like you are in it while at the same time getting a respite if you want. The rooms were comfortable, luxurious and the outdoor garden a great place to relax. The breakfast was fantastic and I just wish I had a bigger stomach to each as much of it as I wanted to! Beri was so helpful and accommodating and supported us in every aspect of our stay. Being Valentine's day they even added extra touches like complimentary chocolates and vases for flowers.

We loved our stay here. The service from Beri was excellent and she really looked after us. Very generous, tasty continental breakfast - served in the garden under orange trees. The hotel is five minutes walk from the old town gate and all the major attractions. Taxi rank also five minutes walk away. Spotlessly clean, newly renovated room. Mini bar and fridge in the room. This was the perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik. We came for a weekend break in December and enjoyed seeing the sights when it was nice and quiet. The small Christmas market was also great. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay in the attic suite. Ivana greeted us and made wonderful suggestions as well as dinner reservation. Tina gave us great historical and creative perspective. Beautiful place in convenient location Next time we would not bring a car- very expensive parking at the Hilton garage

Heritage Villa Nobile is only in their 2nd year of hosting guests and was a great place to stay. Located just outside of the Old Town, it was perfect to reach all the main sights and restaurants! The staff were all lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. From providing beach towels to making any breakfast requests that you had. We loved that there was only 6 rooms, it felt more personal. The perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Dubrovnik and want a little bit if luxury too.

A small six-room hotel that is in the perfect location just outside the Pile gate entrance to the old town. Very friendly service, wonderful breakfast in the courtyard, rooms individually decorated celebrating Croatian inventors and artists. And tortoises!

Stipe welcomed us and gave us tips on where to eat (which is valuable as we went in late November and many restaurants have closed down for the season), we went to 3 of the 4 he recommended and liked them all! Beri made us wonderful breakfast for 3 days and took care of us, even gave us a tour of different rooms in the Villa! The room itself is nicely decorated and bed was so comfy, can’t beat the location either, will definitely stay here again next time.

Excellent Service. The hosts were super accommodating to everything we desired. The villa is perfectly located and recently renovated!! Everything feels NEW!!! We will come back for sure!!!
