The location was exceptional - so close to everything. Lots of great food options nearby. Just on the outskirts of the old city. Walking distance to the beach.The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and very informative. Nearby is the Love Stories Museum which is really cute and fun to visit.
That we didn't stay longer in Dubrovnik.

Beautiful sea view. Great air conditioning (we needed it!). Wonderful location just outside the Pile Gate. Very easy to take the public bus from the ferry terminal, which stops just near the apartment. Only six steps down to the apartment (unlike the hill climbs inside the city walls). Host explained everything to us and showed us the area highlights on a map. Bed was comfortable.
Kitchen/dining area could be upgraded with a coffee maker and a countertop. (Kitchen is functional, but very basic).

Location
Very simple, essential accommodation, run-down bathroom, no handle and soap dish in shower stall, TV not working, no safery railing in front of the main street entrance, sea view obstructed by drying laundry hung in the opposite terrace, no space to put suitcases.
