It’s a clean, well maintained facility. You will have to take your luggage up 1 or 2 flights of stairs.

It was the best location within old town. Just next to Pile gate by opposite the fountain. We did not need to lug our Baggage too far. Victor was so nice and he let us in early at 10:30am so we could join some 11:00am tours. Nice new spacious rooms with a good size bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water. No noise issues at all I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had daily breakfast just outside Pile gate for about 25euro per person.

We needed a place to stay as we had added MIKE to our trip and I found this location. It was well situated close to the PA gate. The ground was big, air-conditioned, and met our needs. It is not a hotel, but a guest house, but a well maintained one.
