Great location, so close to the Pile gate. Don't believe Google Maps, which implies you cant walk through the pile gate - the apartment is a few minutes walk.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
It was quiet, even being close to old town and above a restaurant.
Our host was really responsive and flexible.

The location is excellent as 2 min walk to Pile Gate
The front door lock didnt work no matter how hard we tried. It used a coded lock and we couldnt get in when we landed late at night so had to reach out to the adminstrator. There are also a lot of stairs so not suited for those with mobility issues.

We had a wonderful stay at Rooms Posat. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay.
The biggest highlight is the location. It's just opposite of Pile Gate and the Old Town, making it incredibly easy to explore Dubrovnik on foot, including many of the famous Game of Thrones filming locations. It's also very convenient for the hop-on hop-off sightseeing buses and airport shuttle pickup points.
We would definitely recommend Rooms Posat to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a perfect location.

The location just outside the gate is excellent! The room and bathroom are a good size. The bed is comfortable. Good air conditioning for the Dubrovnik heat and good water pressure. Steps away of public transportation to the port and other neighborhoods.
Unfortunately the room doesn’t have a microwave to heat food. It would be nice to add one. Only a mini fridge which works well.
